The shoes arrived damaged and were sent back. While I did try them on, they were smaller than expected for a size 12.

Beautiful shoe. Burt felt large, so I am returning.

They don’t stay on

I have a wide foot. I normally wear 8W if the shoe is flat, and a 7.5W in heels. My sizing is pretty reliable, so long as the shoe is wide enough. Well, I ordered this shoe in a 7.5W and my goodness, it is LONG by a good 2 fingers. The straps in front, being elastic, could not hold the shoe on my foot and I practically walked right out of them. It’s too bad, because they are really pretty. Back they go.

Really liked the shoes, but, heel kept slipping out. I ordered heel grips which helped with one shoe but the other one just wouldn't stay on. Disappointing, as they are cute!

Comfortable. I would have a seriously considered them due to fit, however my foot slipped when walking because of the elastic across the front. Perhaps they were a tad too big and that’s why - I’m not sure. I’ve ordered an 8 wide. Even though I have a wide foot, I have a narrow heel, and that also could’ve contributed to my foot slipping. Anyhow, I would certainly consider the shoes if I were looking for a nice pair of dress shoes with a reasonable heel.

Did not like the texture of the fabric. Felt fake and cheap.

Beautiful shoes but I found them uncomfortable so I'll be returning them. I need something much more comfortable (and still dressy) that I can wear most of the day for my son's wedding. Dear Shoe Makers: Please design a comfortable dress shoe that comes in a narrow width--and offer colors other than black.

Shoes were marked the same size but were a size different. Also, ordered WW and these were not wide. Otherwise, cute shoe.

The shoes are beautiful. I usually wear a 10W but thought with the pointy toes of the shoes I should order 10WW. The shoes were still too snug around the toes. The center body of the shoes are too narrow. I felt too much of the bottom of my feet were exposed. For these reasons I had to return the shoes.

Shoes were hard to walk in due to elastic straps. Heels slipped out of shoes.

The shoes are pretty. My regular size 6 wide is very uncomfortable, returning.

This is a beautiful shoe - simple and elegant with just a bit of bling. I usually wear an 11W but something told me to get the WW in this one. Sadly, the toe box would have been small even for a single W. They looked and felt great on my feet until I tried to stand in them. That's when it felt like my toes and instep were being squeezed to death. I didn't even try to walk in them. Sadly I have to return them.

A larger size would have been too big, but these shoes fall off your feet when you walk. The two pieces of elastic just don't hold your foot in.

The elastic straps are so stretchy, the shoe fell off with every step I took.

This shoes looked cute and were wide enough but I sadly had to return them because they flung off of my foot. Not sure what was happening there.

The shoes were previously worn. They were scuffed and the heel was chipped. It is obvious the soles showed wear. The shoes weren’t wrapped in tissue; they arrived loose in a cardboard box. I was disappointed since I have only had great experiences with Zappo in the past.

Sorry but is seems that most orders for size 5 are at least 1/2 size too large. Perhaps the sizing has changed but I know my foot is not shrinking,

These shoes are super cute. The color looks odd but when you put them on, they look great. Heel height and width seemed perfect. The design, however, is quite unworkable! The straps are merely elastic bands. The shoes are ever so slightly longer than I needed….so that probably added to the discomfort. When you walk, your entire heel area pulls out of the shoe! They literally were flip-flops on me. So disappointing! If you do decide to try these for yourself, get a smaller than usual size.
