I wanted to like these shoes: basic stylish look, awesome padding and support inside, nice thick heel. However, while I am very normally a size 9M and often wear pointed almond toe shoes, the toe box on these were cramped. Cramped in length and height (tops of my smaller toes were rubbing badly). Will be returning. Afraid to size up because my heel might slip out.

I don't know what is happening with the Sofft shoes this season, they used to be perfect. I ordered and returned 5 different styles in the last two months, all of them were too narrow. I will keep this pair because the style and color is what I need and I can't find it anywhere but I had to buy shoes stretcher to make them wearable.

I really loved this shoe, but after barely two weeks of wear I was disappointed the heel cap on the right shoe had already come off. For as much as they cost and the overall quality and comfort, this was pretty disappointing.

Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I’m a FA and on my feet for hours. These are perfect. Will be buying another pair for sure.

I loved this shoe; however, it was a bit too high for me. Therefore, I am returning and will look for a lower heel.

I ordered these in an 8M. They are long for an 8; I had at least 3/16 of an inch at my heel. I wish they came in a Wide, as the toe box was too narrow for me to consider sizing down to get the correct length. I loved the padding in the shoes; the padding is much more plush than in Walking Cradles I have tried. The color is called Latte, but it is basically a Nude and would work with many outfits. The heel height is perfect; if only they made a Wide!

I actually thought these fit really well, did not pinch in the toe area and were comfortable and moderately supportive. I did, however, have to return them. I got the cocoa brown which is a very nice color, but the color was not even. There were splotches of light areas - I am not sure why. They just didn't look nice so I returned them. I was disappointed.

This is my 6th pair of Sofft shoes. I always wear a size 6 M. Although I received the correct size (the shoes are marked as 6 M), they feel like an extra narrow pair. Very painful to wear. If you are thinking of purchasing "Lana" go half size bigger.

The width wasn’t enough for a long day. Ended up with blisters! Yuck!

Way too small

The shoe was horribly uncomfortable. Not like other Sofft shoes. Need to return.

The heels on the shoes are “wrapped” and look cheap! If Easter wasn’t this weekend, they would be returned! Sadly, over $100 for a pair of shoes that won’t be worn after Sunday. Also, I am so disappointed in Zappos. I have been shopping with them for over 15 years! They put the shoe box in a plastic USPS bag and mailed it without another box to protect the original shoe box. The shoe box is beat up and shoes are scuffed. Do better Zappos!! You used to be so customer -focused and shipped everything via UPS. Another company off my favs list!

I've been searching for comfortable dress pumps and bought these as they seemed comfortable when trying them on at home. Unfortunately, the toe box ended up being too narrow and the height was too short as a few of my toes rubbed the top of the shoe and squeaked when I walked. I suffer from ingrown toenails, and these shoes actually made that worse since the height inside the shoe wasn't tall enough. These shoes are a no go for someone who needs a bit more room in the toe box. So the search continues for a shoe that is actually comfortable to wear for a few hours.

I have a neuroma in my left foot. This is the only closed toe heel I’ve found in years that I can tolerate. I bought it in 5 colors. And I’ve tried EVERY brand.

LOVE these shoes! I'm so tired of not having any heels that fit that I ordered 6 styles of shoes to find something comfortable that I could walk in and wear more than 5 minutes! These and the Life Stride Parigi were my favorites, though I preferred the wide width in Life Stride. I'm very satisfied now that I have shoes that fit AND are comfy!

It was a little narrow in the toe on my larger foot. I'm between sizes, and because other reviewers also mentioned the narrow toe box, I ordered the larger size and that appears to have been a good decision. Otherwise the shoes were very comfortable and should be good for all day wear. The bronze color and simple style (perfect for work) was just what I was looking for!
