Do you have a medium-wide foot bed with a medium-sized heel? Do you love buttery soft leather? This is the shoe for you. Buy a half size larger than you normally buy with Sofft. You’ll be glad you did.

These loafers are total comfort and class combined. I normally wear 7.5 or 8 in loafers - I ordered 7.5 first and then went with 8 which fit perfectly. (Thank you, Zappos, for excellent fast exchanges!) I just love these shoes! They look amazing with jeans and work pants. They are soooo worth the money and I highly recommend them.

I liked them but they are wide, heel slips too much.

I love the design of this shoe and also that they are all leather. I'm sad I've to return but the toe box is just much too low and leaves not enough room for big toe.

Nice quality leather & very comfortable but I ordered 6.5 M and the L shoe was good, the R shoe fit like a 6.5 W so I am returning

this is a beautiful shoe; well made; but it's too narrow and too tight. could not get it on.

Super cute & great quality. The only problem is these fit small. I started with a 9 but returned for a 9.5. I kept the 9.5 hoping they’ll stretch some.

Loved the shoe...very cute. However, one shoe was too big & slipped, the other was very snug. Go figure!

The shoes look beautiful, but the leather is unbearably stiff, and they are slightly long, so my heel was sliding out as I walked. Also, the padding under the ball of foot was very weirdly placed. It felt like it was too far back, and didn't cushion where it's supposed to. I could feel the edge of the padding and knew it would drive me nuts wearing them for an extended time.

The right shoe was 1/2 to 1 size larger than the left shoe, even though the said they were the same size. When measured side by side, there was 1/4 inch difference. This is the first time this has ever happened for me, and I've used ZAPPOS a lot! I adore Zappos! I'm so sad, as I've wanted this shoe for a long time.
