I usually wear a 6 or 6.5. I have a large bunion on right foot and am very picky about buying shoes that fit and are fashionable. Most of my shoes are Vionics (6/6.5) or Blondos (6.5). I ordered these in a size 37. They fit well with a medium weight sock (like a hiking sock). They would be too big with a thin sock. Although some reviews said they run narrow I absolutely did not find that to be true. I just wore them all day, straight out of the box and I walked/climbed stairs, etc. a lot! No pain, no rubbing! I got the black which is just stunning with the contrasting suede and leather. The upper is soft and the sole is supportive. I wanted the bottom traction for Northeast winters. For me, this boot is a total winner! If your foot size is in between but you lean towards a 6, I would go for the 36. If you straddle the 6.5 I would try the 37.

These boots are amazing - I was looking for a replacement bootie for my previous Pikolinos - these are so comfortable and at the same time feel really sturdy. I can wear them at work and out for a walk in the woods - the leather is gorgeous and the detail is stunning - winning!

They were a tad tight in the right toe area, but after wearing them around the house for a few days, they quickly broke in & feel true to size. These are stellar boots, & very comfy. Good grip/traction for wet, snowy weather. Glad I bought them.

These boots are hands down the most comfortable boots I own. I wore them once and it was like I wore them for years ! The leather is very soft and they are easy to walk in. They are an expensive boot for my budget, but I am so happy I splurged. They are a timeless style that will last me for years to come. Very satisfied!!

Super cute boots in a rich earthy red color. They were a little too snug on my slightly wide feet when wearing socks, so regretfully I will return.

This is my 4th pair of Pikolinos boots and they are very high quality and super comfortable. I plan to order these in the reddish color when they are available!

The shoes are beautiful and so comfy!

The shoes are fabulous. My foot is difficult to fit, so the boots were loose and my foot was sliding forward w/ two pairs of socks on, one of them hiking socks. I looked around and found a shoe insert that has created a perfect fit. I'm happy. I'd rather not have to "make the shoe" fit correctly, but it has been the story of my life, starting w/ my special ordered size 4 1/2 AA, AAAA Heel pair of Amalfi's in 1961. Amalfi's fit perfectly throughout my life until my feet grew to a 5 1/2 and the arch is "off" now. I think the company changed hands too, and they don't make "cool" boots like your company does.

This brand has it's sizes messed up. I am a perfect size 10 M. These came in either 9.5-10 or 10.5-11........the one is too small and the other too big. This brand is simply not a good one for me. I didn't care for how clunky they looked either, moreso in person.

Beautiful, well crafted leather boot. Feels supportive. My usual size felt too loose so I went down a half a size. They felt comfortable out of the box but a bit snug. After walking around inside for a while the leather softened. Very impressed with the quality of the design, materials and workmanship.

This is my second pair of Pikolinos ankle boots and I love them! So classy and so very comfortable. Extremely well made of high quality leather. At times I have trouble with the toe bed being too narrow ~ these are perfect and so very comfortable. The boots are a bit of a splurge, however they are so worth every penny.

Beautiful boot!!! I’m an 8.5 regular (39 EU) and it fits great. It is slightly wide, but I think boot socks will take care of that. I bought these boots because I read Pikolinos have good arch support which is hard to find.

Absolutely stunning color. I got the burgundy. I get compliments every time I wear them. The leather seems of nice high quality.

I normally wear a size 8 and the 38/7.5-8 fit perfect.The leather is like butter and there was no break in timeat all.

So, I bought a pair of Pikolino boots back in 2019. They were great until the heels went squishy. That's the only way I have to describe what happened. So, now I'm looking for a pair of black boots. These have all the boxes I'm looking to check. Quality, materials, look, comfort. I was still hesitant, though, so I've worn them around the house today. They have moderate support, but not the softest I sole. I wouldn't choose them for a hike or long walks. The look is wonderful. More almond toe, imo, so you don't have that round to, squat foot look. The embellishments are minimal but meaningful. The side zipper is almost a must for me with metal in both ankles. Finally, the heels. My one downside to my last pair. These are solid, stacked heels. There is nothing even slightly soft or squishy. They also don't have a loud click walking on my tile floors, unless I'm exaggerating for testing. I'm so thrilled with these that I've already ordered a second pair in the light brown. Very well done, Pikolino.

Love these boots. Get lots of compliments on them! The heel height is perfect. Right on for size accuracy.

I really liked these boots, but sent them back because they were a little more snow and hike worthy and I was looking for a boot without the heavy treads. Otherwise, a very nice boot.

I love the Pikolinos San Sebastia. This is my second pair of Pikolinos this year. I am a fan. The quality is outstanding. The first time I wore these boots was to walk around an outdoor exhibit in December for a few hours. They needed no breaking in. Comfortable right away and all night. I must like red shoes because I got the Arcilla color, and I love it. My other pair of boots is a similar color. Style is sort of dressy but not too dressy.

BEAUTIFUL! Everything about this boot is exceptional. The only thing I would change is the ankle, I prefer the ankle space to have a little more width.. But they look great and feel great.
