I received a defect. Uncomfortable.

This was the 2nd pair I order. The 1st were my normal size and the came in poorly made. One shoes was scuffed up bad and the other was to small. Overall they were tight and damaged so I returned them. The 1st pair was black and size 9.5. The 2nd pair was white because I needed to order a size up and the blacks were out of stock. The whites came in looking good. I ordered them in size 10s and fit perfectly with and with out thick socks. I wore these around the house to test the for comfort. Passed. Then I went out side in the cooler weather and they passed being warm. Now I've owned these boots for less then 24 hours and worn them a total of idk 30 mins. And the leather is already looking stressed. Which would lead me to believe these will not last long. I did contact the company and they want me to send them in for inspection. Who has time for that. It's winter now! I needed boots now. For the price, I would think they would be better. Almost 200 on boots that look like they will fail by the end of winter with minimal usage. I'm not impressed. I would consider reordering, however that would be my 3rd pair and when does it end.. I'm disappointed.

I wanted to love this boots, but ultimate they didn't fit my feet. So I returned them to the store.
