I felt a little water come in so I don't think they are completely waterproof. They are NOT wide feet friendly. I can't even zip mine up. They were an emergency online order because I needed something quick and couldn't afford to pay more for MoonBoots. I do like how they match my TNF jacket though.

These are super rigid and tight. I normally wear a size 81/2 so i bought a size 9. The zipper is really hard to pull up and down too. I purchased these to walk around NYC and i am afraid I will be in serious agony by the end of the day, Wish me luck.

Not as warm as I thought they would be. Zipper doesn't slide smoothly. Cushy and comfy though.

I love the boots - great fit (my normal shoe size is 7 and I ordered size 8). The ankle height is just right and they are easy to step into and pull on with the sturdy loop. Warm and comfortable for walking. But as other reviewers noted, the zipper is very stiff and hard to close. I hope it will loosen up with time.

Great lightweight boot I use for commuting. They fit well, but the left boot zipper gets jammed every time and is hard to close. I have a tall pull on boot that I use for deep snowfall and extended outside time in winter, so these do what they need to do.

This was a gift for my sister for Christmas. She loved the style. I ordered a half size larger than she usually wears but the zipper was hard to close as the instep was too small

Hard to zip up

I was C looking for a boot you could zip up and would be good on snowy sidewalks or on ice. It looked stylish. Unfortunately they were so puffy around the ankle you could not zip them up all the way. It was like the material was too tight it too short to comfortably zip up. Actually the boot was very comfortable. It was a disappointment.

Very difficult to zip, stiff, slippery in snow. Not much cushioning.

I wanted to love this boot. I was looking for something stylish and practical and I thought this boot would be perfect and they were on sale. The boot fits nicely, but when I have the zipper fully pulled up the zipper pushes into my shin. I've wore the boots around the house to see if I could break them in, but it's not working. I'll have to return them.

Nice look but the size is running small

I liked the look of these boots. Looking for something that would give me a little traction in the snow. Tried these on in the store and loved the look but they didn't seem to be sized right. I usually wear an 8 and my toe was right at the end. Tried on a 9 and I could tell I still needed a little longer. They did not have a 10 and I'm a little nervous to order a 10 without trying it on first. I could see maybe going up to an 8.5 or even a 9, but when they are two whole sizes off, it makes me wonder if all Northface sizes are off compared to other manufacturers.

I've owned two pairs of these boots and loved them for years. They are comfortable and cute and easy to put on in the winter. I just ordered a new pair and am disappointed by the change. They've added fabric between the zippers that make it a lot harder to get on your feet. The fabric also makes it harder to zip up. I am really disappointed to have to return them, but they aren't the same boots they used to be.

I wore these once. Perfect fit when tried on, but after an hour they started stretching, substantially one boot more than the other. Now, my feet slip around inside. VERY disappointed in the boot.

Wish it was higher

Love the design of the shoe! Very difficult to get the zipper zipped up. I'm keeping them because I live the style but I will need help zipping them onto my feet!

I just have a complaint, the color is not the same that you show in the picture, I still like but you have to be honest and send the same product that you are showing.

The shoes itself is good but sizing is messed up! My original shoe size is 6.5. I ordered a 7 and 8. 7 was kinda tight and 8 was slightly loose. Very disappointed!

Normally wear sz 7 regular but I can't even zip it close too tight around need to return or exchange to sz up 8

I'm disappointed in these boots. One boot felt narrower or the liner didn't fit right.
