These shoes kept my feet warm and comfortable in the freezing cold weather. I was able to walk comfortably in snowy conditions but unfortunately, they don't seem to be that durable considering the side of the upper is separating and it may compromise the water proof feature. I'm very disappointed as I have only worn them maybe 20 times within the last year. For the price of the shoes and that I've had great quality products from TNF I was surprised this is happening and that warranty is for one year only.

My rating is based mainly on style and fit. Can't comment yet on comfort over time or wear. Purchased to coordinate with winter/apres ski wear. Will update accordingly. Quality seems fine. Style is right on point. Have always with The North Face quality and wear. No reason to think these boots will disappoint. Color is accurate as pictured. Should work great to coordinate with outfits and recovery wear after skiing.

Slim fit must wear thin socks but still warm to wear here in Alaska

Great for cold weather and rainy days commuting in the city. The zipper gets easier to work after a few uses.

I love it. I can feel the comfort of wearing a padded jacket around my feet. The size is rather small, so I ordered one size larger than my original size. I think I will only wear these shoes this winter. I really recommend it.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm not completely ok with the fact that there are no half numbers. I'm usually a 7.5 and I had to get an 8. I initially got a size 7 but it didn't fit. They run small so I went ahead and changed them. The staff members were very helpful and I was able to get a size 8. It is quite narrow but my toes won't touch the tip of the boot which feels weird but not a deal breaker. I can't wear thick socks with them but it isn't necessary since they are super warm and surprisingly comfortable. I'm not very good at wearing boots, my feet start to hurt very quickly but with these, I have been able to walk my dog no problem. My feet don't hurt and my back either. We haven't got snow yet but I think this will get the job done. Overall, I would buy it again. Also, they are very pretty and exactly as in the picture. Easy to put on and easier to take off.

Shoes are very comfortable and warm, but not waterproof, not for snow or rain (my feet were slightly wet and cold after wearing them on snow). I went size up, they are smaller fit.

I loved everything about these boots but I had to return them. I have a very narrow foot so these fit perfectly. But, there was no give around the ankle which made them uncomfortable. I bought them for hiking in wet weather so I could not take a chance the would cause blisters

Warm and comfortable for walking/light hiking! I wore these everyday on my winter trip to Switzerland, my feet were never cold and they provided solid traction for slushy winter mix on cobblestones! It is best to wear these with long socks though as the tag on the inside could potentially be bothersome otherwise. Highly recommend!!!

With a Deep Freeze we've had in Chicago they kept my baby's feet warm ! The white part not good in salt that's dpread

this is a great boot. it is comfortable and it was the only shoe I took to a recent ski trip to Utah. My feet stayed warm and dry.

Love them for winter walking! I walk 6 miles a day in my neighborhood and they are comfortable and waterproof for Maine winters.

Very cozy and warm boots, i got the black ones. No issues with zippers. I'm size 10.5-11 and 11 fits great! Narrow fit which works great for my feet. One con for me, little tags on the inner side of the boot are irritating my bare ankles so have to wear longer socks (i most always wear ankle height). Came here to buy the light pair but size 11 is out of stock..

I have been wanting a cold weather shoe that is stylish, easy to wear and comfortable for a dinner or a quick shopping visit wherein I didn't have to lug my 'walking' shoes. I have a mule from this design from before and it did expand so while I was a bit confused about the sizing based on reviews I decided to go with my shoe size and this is perfect. It ticks all the boxes, and I love that it has recycled materials. I did manage to go on a longer urban walk which I hadn't planned but these shoes turned out to be comfortable, I had forgotten that I wasn't wearing my walking shoes!

However, I haven't had any issues at all. The zipper works perfectly and opens and closes very smoothly. The boots are extremely comfortable and feel great to wear for long periods. I usually wear a size 7, and size 8 was too big for me. Size 7 fits perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these boots.

Super comfortable

I've been using these boots for about two weeks, and I love them. I got them just before a huge snowstorm, so I got to test them, and they are very warm. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and off, and being able to put them on and off with a zipper is very helpful. I would recommend these boots.
