I'm usually a 7.5-8 so I ordered an 8. They cramp my toes on my right foot but a size 9 would be way too big. I was so excited about these :( they are so cute!!

I like the boot but I can only wear them with thick socks. Nice look. Fast shipping

Loved the color and style of these but they were far too narrow for me. I sized up because I have wide feet, but still ended up returning them.

I got the show in a 8. I think the bedding of the shoe is to narrow. Although the color is pretty, the ankle of the shoe is kinda big.

Entry to boot to small was not able to fit foot in. I had to sent back. Order larger size it looked to big on my foot. Entry should be expand more to fit foot or sale in half sizes. LOVED THE LOOK AND COLOR ESPECIALLY.

Impossible to get in without a side zipper

The look the style of the boots is nice but the function of the boots is terrible for one it's a struggle getting the boots on being that the hole to put your feet into is small in pushing your feet down it either need to make the hole a little more wider or put in a side zipper waterproofing the zipper part so it can be easier to slide your feet in the boots and the boots isn't slip resistant the rubber under the boots is a cheap slippering kind so if you walk in water the boots become a slippery mess don't dare walk on know because you will definitely be slipping all over the place and hurt yourself It's also very tight and I have a very slim feet so if it's tight on my feet it's a problem. So I gave 2 stars because I like the way the boots look but putting it on is work with in itself and it's not good walking in water snow or any black ice because the bottom rubber isn't made to walk on anything wet because it get very slippery.

Beautiful but unfortunate runs really small. O my size is 7, I got size 9 and it just fitted one foot. I had to return it.

This boot was perfect in all the ways I had been looking for except for the fact that it's made WAY too narrow for a winter boot! The length is great but the width won't allow me to wear anything but a liner sock. Just don't understand how TNF can miss the boat on something so basic. If they had been wider in the toe box, I would have probably bought them in two colors. Sadly, I will be returning them.

I wanted to love these boots but the first day I couldn't get them on! Had to return when the rivet ripped out of the fabric. Good customer service though.

boot width too narrow, shaft height too short.

I loved the color and style, but like the other reviews said they were just too narrow! My favorite pair of winter boots are Northface so I was super excited, but unfortunately they didn't work (I even sized up).

I needed a new pair of snow boots and fell in love with these and had to order. When I received the boots they looked so great but unfortunately when I tried them I couldn't get them on because the ankle part was narrow and didn't have any stretch to them. I took off my sock and got them on but living in a city with lots of snow I need to wear socks!

Comfy and cute but the lavender fog colour doesn't match any of their other lavender fog line. i have the lavender fog coat, mitts and hat and it doesn't match at all. they're like a baby pink, super disappointed but i kept them anyway cause their exchange time is extremely slow. Also tight getting into, not stretchy at all. I would stick to black if you're considering these unless you want light pink boots.

I bought these boots last winter and the heel lining tore out after a week of wear. I exchanged them for a new pair. I did not put any kind of hard wear on them and this winter the first time I wear them the exact same ripping of the lining in the heel. They probably need to add a zipper or something to them to prevent this. Will be returning this time for good. Sad, because otherwise I really like them.

I ordered a size 8 which is my normal size in north face shoes. Bought the lavender color to match a lavender vest I bought these boots look white next to my lavender vest. Had to return them. Considering getting a different color.

I'm a size 10 across the board , SOMETIMES 10.5 . I was super excited to get these boots black size 10. But IMMEDIATELY disappointed when they were HARD to get into and SMALLthey are short .. toe - heal. No way could I wear them so sadly had to return I'm DEBATING trying again in a 11 and They need a side Zip !! I recommend sizing up if your gonna try these boots .
