Warm and comfortable. Great winter boots to wear around the farm.

Actually waterproof (as in you hike ankle deep into a river), warm, great ankle support.

These North Face boots are great. The style, fit, and comfort are really good. A little breaking in was required, wearing around the house, but that's to be expected. Primary use will be for snow removal on driveway.
I'd also recommend:

Good looking boot that feels like good quality when you put it on! Warm and waterproof for snowblowing and sledding. I love the edge on the back of the boot that helps you slip them off after you are done in the snow. My last pair of chilkat's were ruined by dry rot so hopefully not the same case with this pair- if so I am done with NorthFace boots. Otherwise can't beat the look and feel!

I liked these boots I bought a pair for my son awhile back. When they went on sale I missed my chance to secure my size so I went whatever size they had left(lol) not even thinking. Ended up returning them because of the size. But the shoes are warm and comfortable.

Well made and very warm. Sadly, my toes were cramped - the toe box was too tight for me. I returned them. Would have tried a half size larger but they were all out of stock.

Best winter boots I've had. They fit really well, are very warm and they are light, not clunky on your feet. They do run small so I had to go a half size up from my normal shoe size.

Bought these boots for my son for Christmas. He loved them!! Very warm for our cold and snowy Midwest winters. The boots are also very comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly!

My second pair. Comfortable, warm, and easy to put on and take off. A good sole for ice also.

These are pretty comfortable. I ordered a size 11 when I normally wear a size 9.5. I have enough room in the toe box that it doesn't squeeze anything and I can wear socks with it. The ankle part is pretty stiff so I feel like I clomp around because there is very little bend in that area. I haven't had the occasion to wear it in snow yet so I don't know how it does in the cold but I am hopeful for snow blowing season

These are my absolute favorite winter boots of all time. Toes stay very warm in -10F over an hour. I'm sure they're good in much colder temps.

Sizing winter boots has been quite challenging. I wear a 10.5 medium width athletic shoe / 44.5 cycling shoe. I tried many brands and sizes including LL Bean, KEEN, Columbia, Muck, and a few more. Boots like this can feel stiff so I prefer thicker wool socks for added cushion and insulation. An 11.5 was snug but not too tight (like the 11) and gave me enough wiggle room in the toe box. When I finally got outdoors with them, I found them warm and comfortable walking around for more than two hours through slush and snow on trails and streets. They are quick to slip on and lace up, quick to unlace and slip off. I am very satisfied with them.

Excellent snow boot. Good for hiking in snow as well. Size up one full size due to thick insulation.

Great for walking dogs through snow in mountain areas. Feet have been kept dry and warm. Lacing system makes it difficult to remove boots, but I might be able to resolve this with a different stringing pattern. The top of the tongue doesn't lay flat, but this is a minor issue. Perhaps they'll fix this in a future revision. Fits a little tigher than expected around the base of the foot when wearing medium weight ski socks.

Very comfy and durable. We haven't had a ton of snow in the Tahoe area yet this winter, but they will get a ton of use for ski trips and cold /wet days around the house

Bought these to replace my 10yo Chilkats (with much less insulation) after a very cold night on the trail with numb toes. I needed to go up 1/2 size from the older boots to account for the added insulation. I've only used them for walking around to break them in, haven't had a cold enough trail night to use them. They've been comfortable to wear around, but the #1 priority is warmth. Hope to update this to a 5 star review after a cold night on trail!
