They keep my feet warm and dry. I've been walking through snow mostly. They do run small, so it took a couple of tries to get the correct size (I wear 9 or 9.5 normally & a 10 in these)

Love the boot this autumn, though yet to test in truly wintry and wet conditions. It is well-padded inside in addition to being sized a bit small, so you're going to have to size up quite a bit, at least 1.5 from walking shoes and 2 sizes from running shoes I would say, though be prepared to return and re-purchase for the right fit, since The North Face does not permit exchanges.

The toe box is both too narrow and too low. I tried them on with normal socks, sitting at my kitchen table, with loose laces, and lost feeling in my toes after 3 minutes. It was a relief when I took them off. Length and width were fine except for the toes, which only makes it weirder. Returned immediately. Buy a larger size or a different boot.

I have not been able to wear in very cold weather, yet. But the build quality looks excellent. I ordered a half size up and the fit is fine. Also these are a good looking pair of boots if that is important to you. I did a fair amount of shopping around before purchasing these. The price is good and other reviews and ratings were also very good.

Good structured boot, waterproof, warm and fits well.

I use these boots to deliver oil when we had 2 feet of snow and my feet were dry every day the laces a great that you can tie them tight and no snow can get in

I love these boots! They have kept my feet adequately warm in the single digit cold (with good socks) and they're comfy to wear for hours. I find I need a proper boot sock since my sensitive skin chafes otherwise, but the boots sit well and do the trick.

The boots rock! Exactly what I was looking for, very comfortable, sizing was close, I went up a size from my shoes, some of which is taken up by wool socks. The boots are lightweight, not bulky like older ones.

Wry good quality boot for cold weather

Love the boots they are super comfortable and they feel great but you must get them a size bigger cause they run small so if you're a size 10 you must get them 11 cause they won't fit do to the insulation!

These boots are fantastic and made very very well. The attention to detail is excellent they may look bulky and heavy but they are really light on your feet but with the rugged look. They are 400g in insulation so they are very warm on your feet and waterproof yes sir they are. To me these are very good winter boots very well made to combat snow or rain they won't disappoint you. I'm so happy that I decided to buy these boots from THE NORTH FACE. WARNING I PURCHASED THESE BOOTS 1 FULL SIZE UP I'M A SIZE 9 BOUGHT A SIZE 10 TO GIVE ROOM FOR MY SOCK AND THE BOOT INSULATION. These boots were highly rated and hard to locate. However once I did I realized why, that are amazing. Still breaking them in so a little stiff, and they run small so upsize at least 1 size, but from a guy from Buffalo I can't recommend more.

Bought these boots for my 18year old nephew to walk to and from his college classes in the snow. He absolutely loves them. He said they are very comfortable to walk in which is important since his classes are far from his dorm.

The boot is a little bit hard to put on and off, but other than that, I feel like it is easier than some other brands of boots I have had. It is definitely warm, flexible, but still stiff and slip resistant. Overall, great product. 4 1/2-5 star
