I had been completely satisfied with my purchases until recently. I just noticed a couple of small holes in the first pair I purchased in February. Given the cost and the hype regarding the quality, I expected more. Ive had other underwear that I have worn for years and never had an issue with holes. I will say that it is still the most comfortable and best-fitting underwear I currently own. I just wasnt expecting to have to replace a pair so soon.

Although VERY soft, it's a bit too flimsy for me.

Comfortable, would have liked a firmer fitting waist band.

I love this underwear. They were smaller than expected, but dealt with customer service for a free no hassle exchange to a larger size and Im a happy customer. Pricey, but if they last, theyll be worth it.

They really don't ride up like most other panties, but still too expensive for a pair of underwear. Might buy more if I find them on sale. Would like the liner tacked down; see no need for it to be open at one end; although I've seen this before, so maybe there is a reason unknown to me.

The underwear is almost everything it claims to be. However it does ride up ones bottom.

Great product but wont buy again until Tommy Johnstops wrapping each item in a single use plastic zip lock bag. Extremely wasteful and unnecessary.

Received the items when promised and the fit is a bit too small for me. However it looks great on me over all.

The briefs get a solid 5 star rating. They are so comfortable and hold up well after washing. The only negative is the packaging. I received my first order in a cardboard box and the panties were wrapped in tissue - the only negative was the plastic piece holding the price tag. My second order was an environmental nightmare - plastic package, each brief in it's own plastic bag and the plastic piece holding the price tag was on each pair. I won't order again unless the packaging changes.

Very soft for sure...it does feel like second skin. The band needs to be slightly more snug to hold panties in place...front tends to slide down. I sometimes wear panty liners but these soft underwear is so soft the liners will not stick and stay in place.. Put more cotton in crotch for liner to stay in place. Will not buy anymore panties if this is not fixed. Plain and simple.

Women's high cut briefs are fine. Didn't change my life and kinda pricey, but the company supports Pod Save America, so: yay.

Really like the briefs, but was annoyed about the 1 week plus shipping time.

Could not ask for better customer service. First order they were too large, sent me another pair smaller. Sorry but had to return my order as they did not fit my body comfortably. Fast reply on directions to return, waiting on my refund. Company policy does what they say.

Comfortable and doesn't creep up on the rear end . Would be perfect if it had the Titanium waistband since this waistband sometimes rolls when bending over.

My husband loves his valentine boxers-the fit and feel are so nice. My women's high brief extend higher on the model so I would not order them again.

They are very comfortable, use it every day covers everything. It does show the line though. But it does not move or rolls down, stays in place.

I bought these for my wife who has an ostomy bag. These don't quite present the coverage she needs. She likes them, but I predict they will see limited wear....

These are THE BEST panties I have ever owned! Everything the company boasts about them is RIGHT ON THE MONEY! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the fit runs a bit larger than described. Will be ordering more, just one size smaller!

My new briefs are very soft and comfortable. They fit and feel almost like I'm not wearing anything. The only thing I've noticed is that the label on the side feels a little scratchy- it would be great if the company could do a printed on label. Then the briefs would be perfect!
