I have been a customer with Johnston Murphy for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. I only wish the product line included more mixed or leather sole soles. They seem to be moving away from this type of shoe.

Very comfortable. True to fit

Is a great shoe and is serving me well, unfortunately the leather on the outside of one of the shoes is slightly tarnished, and the threading is worn out. It makes the shoe look somewhat mismatched with its partner. I can't tell if it's a manufacturing issue or a result of shipping but, I've never worn them. it's the only things holding the shoes back from 5 stars. For the price I do expect standard quality control.

Shoe has a nice look however the padding is not good. Comfort has alot of room for improvement.

I like the shoe style. Unfortunately, the insole structure did not help to conform to my arch and forefoot. Thank you.

I have had other Johnston Murphy shoes that I've worn for years. Right now, I also have I have a Melton Cap Toe pair that I love. I wanted something less formal to replace a 4 or 5 yr old pair. I purchased these. I wore them almost everyday at first. The trouble has been that over time they have grown overtime steadily bigger. I got to 3 inserts and I'm giving up. The upshot is that when I called The support number they said I can return them up to a year after the purchase. so fingers crossed.

I purchased two pairs of Johnston Murphy shoes a few years ago (size 9.5 M) and ordered a new pair last month (same size). I received the new pair and could not wear them. The new pair was TOO Small (even though all 3 pairs were 9.5 M size). I sent them back and bought a pair of Florsheim from a brick and mortar store that fit perfectly (size 9.5M). I am very happy with customer service but am leary about ordering more shoes online.
