I cannot say enough good things about this shoe. I have a very complex compound foot injury in both feet that causes me pain when walking. There are only a few pairs of athletic shoes and expensive orthotic slippers that I can wear on without being in excruciating pain. I am in my 30s and need professional looking shoes. I have not found anything that I can even come close to wearing until I got these. These shoes are as comfortable as the orthotic slippers that I wear around the house. They are so soft yet offer support. It’s unbelievable to me. They also are a very expensive looking shoe. The leather is really nice and the style is cute-kind of a knock off of the Gucci leather mule style. I’m obsessed with them and I’m ordering another color immediately. I wear a size 7 1/2 and the 38 fit me perfectly. Do not hesitate to buy these shoes. They’re amazing!

While I loved the color and theory of these shoes, IRL they had no arch support and made my feet look enormous. I could forgive the latter if not for the former. They’ll be returned.

Very comfortable shoes right out of the box. I bought them in blue, and then purchased the black. My only complaint is that I wish they were more stylish, because they are kind of matronly, but I had to go with comfort and they are true to size, have good arch support, and are well made.

This shoe fit true to size. I was worried about the support in this style but it still gives the same great support of my other Naots, I need for Achilles Tendinitis. The toe is a bit more pointed than I expected but is not overdone and adds to the great style of this shoe!

These are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box. They are cushioned, the toe box has room, and they have proper arch support for high arches. Very happy with these, though I wish they had them in red. Will order another color as they are so comfortable.

I loved these shoes but my podiatrist nixed them because they are mules. I have to have a back to my shoes so I was told. :(

Fit perfectly, very comfortable. Nice soft leather molds to your foot.

These are the most comfortable loafers I have ever worn. As soon as I put them on I loved them. I love them so much that I ordered a 2nd pair in a different color.

Usually when I get Naot's I do not have to 'break them in', this pair was an exception to that rule. Yet it took only 3 days to hit that comfort level with this pair. Naot is my go to brand. I get a great fit and long wear from this brand and always recommend it to others.

Better than slippers because they have support.

The shoes are quite nice but much more narrow than the medium widths I'm accustomed to. And I was unable to fully insert my orthopedic insole.

I tried this shoe in two different sizes and I could not keep either one on my feet. They are a good looking shoe but just not for my feet. I had to return them

The shoe itself was very nice, soft leather and fit very well. It made my foot look gigantic however. I wear a size 9. I didn't like how it looked on me.

This is a beautiful mule and could work well with jeans and dress pants, but there seems to be a problem with the dye consistency on the navy. The irregularity was noticeable on the original and the replacement pair I ordered. Black splotches are noticeable depending on the light. I tried to justify keeping them, but the shoe is too expensive for a defect like this.

Did not like the color and did not like the buckle on the shoe.

These shoes look like the casual, comfortable style I was wanting. They are too small and narrow, so unfortunately I can't keep them.

This shoe is narrow. I wear a medium width shoe but these were too narrow for me.
