Nice looking boot, although it runs very narrow. Wish it came in a wide width.

Material feels cheap

Clarks, why??? I had a very similar pair of Clarks boots (but with a kitten heel instead of a block) that I bought in 2015 and repaired the heels once or twice over the years because I loved them so much. Ordered these with similarly high hopes. But both the leather and zipper were of poorer quality than the 2015 version. Probably not fair to compare the comfort of out-of-the-box boots with old ones, but these pinched enough on the outer edge of the foot that I knew I wouldn't want to put them on for work in the morning. Cute style, but not willing to put up with so-so quality and discomfort, even for a reasonably good price.

I was a bit disappointed by these boots... The style was nice but the leather was quite stiff and almost felt a bit "plasticky". The zippers were the biggest issue. They were very sticky, almost to the point where I thought I would break one trying to pull it up. The other issue was that the zipper being at the back of the boot and all the way down made it really uncomfortable on my heels. The zipper rubbed against my heel in a way that I could see blisters happening easily. That was the deal breaker for me and I returned them. Not what I expected from Clark's!

Beautiful boots, love the color and style. However, they run narrow. The regular width was much too tight. I would’ve tried the wide width if it was in stock.

The problem for me with these ones is the shape of the heel, did not liked, like too small/narrow heel, I think is a design failure

They're nice looking but don't zip in back even if I go a half size larger than normal.

Heel too high for me

My problem was that the top of the boot is too stiff. With each step the boot digged into my leg. I have large legs so maybe that's the problem, otherwise darling look. Fits good and well made.

My typical size was too narrow, even though I ordered a wide. Also felt short. Boot top very stiff. Uncomfortable all around.

I ordered a 9W, my usual size. The boots was both too narrow and felt a little short. Stiff leather at top - would take awhile to break in. Returning these booties.

The shoes are too pointed, making them. It not a good fit for someone with wide foot.

Nice looking boot, if you are ok with a pointed toe. The pointed toe was too narrow to be comfortable for my daughter.

I didn’t like them once on my feet. So sad to return but being petite I just feel like they don’t do anything for me.

So cute! But I couldn’t get the zipper up around my ankle. So as a heads up, if you have heavier calves this may not fit you

Heartbroken that I have to return these gorgeous boots! The color and style is so pretty and feminine, and the fit in the foot area was PERFECT and so comfy even with heels, and this is unusual. The problem is that the ankles have no give at all and are too tight, so that when you flex your foot (while walking), the top of the ankle cuts into your ankle VERY sharply. I think even a thin ankled person would not be able to wear these.... the gore is so tiny there is no give. Such a pity that everything else was perfect, but whoever designed these did not seem to realize people will actually be walking in the boots and will need some flex when they move! Sadly they have to go back. :(....

I am returning these because they are very still right where the front meets the shin and they hurt my shins so badly that I have bruises from wearing them after only a few hours!
