These are VERY HEAVY Boots--would be great for women who work in fulfillment centers. They have insoles that ship with them that could serve as orthotics that also would be great shock absorbers.

I am usually a size 7 but this boot felt big length wise so I had to get a 6.5 size. Width wise it is good but the insoles it comes with are not good enough. So I had to buy thicker ones for more support, plus it helps with keeping the boots from feeling loose. Make sure you wear calf socks if you're sensitive to the top of the boot rubbing on your skin. I got these to work at an Amazon warehouse. If these don't fit don't forget to call customer service to exchange them until you find the right size.

These are marvelous very heavy boots. The insoles included with them are constructed of an outstanding shock absorbing material and they offer as much arch support as an orthotic. They would be perfect for some one who works in a fulfillment center.

Ordered a size 8.5, They fitted just right even had a lil room in the boots and they came with extra insoles. Definitely worth trying !

I am in love with these work boots! I had bought a pair of Dr. Martens to wear to work and they were not safety compliant. These however I am hoping they will hold up for ten hour shifts. From the start, the feminine insoles were an up lifter. Women in the warehouse industry most definitely deserve shoes like these!

I stand and walk all day at work on a slick concrete surface. These boots are to date the most comfortable work shoes I've owned. I love the memory foam insert. At the end of the work day I'm actually less tired and have more energy to do other things because my feet don't hurt. The boots do seem to run a bit wide, but I have wide feet anyway. It's true they are kind of big and clunky but since I only wear them to work, I don't care.

These are some of the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever purchased! Love the ease of slipping them on without any laces to tie. Highly recommend!!!

I’m on my feet for 10 hours a day. These boots are so comfortable and surprisingly light.

I ordered a half size up because my feet tend to swell when I am on them for long periods. These shoes fit great. They were a little loose, which is exactly what I wanted. I was worried they would rub my ankles but they didnt bother me at all. They were super comfy right out of the box and the insoles that came with them were extra cushiony. Will definitely buy again, just in a different color since red is not my fav.

These shoes are great for working in warehouse or 12hrs shifts like me ! I like that their very stylish yet still work qualified at the same time !
