These are very pretty sandals BUT the strap across the instep is way too big and even though there’s a Velcro adjustment. The way the strap is designed doesn’t allow for much tightening. Wish they’d worked out.

Very cute sandal in almost every way. Nice leather, most of the fit was fine. However, the ankle strap was just a bit too high on the ankle for me and it "hit" in an uncomfortable way. Not the shoe's fault but the "fault" of my difficult to fit feet and ankles! It's a nice looking sandal and would appeal to almost anyone, but maybe not for those with "ankle issues." It is with regret that I won't be able to wear these.

I love these sandals. I know that other reviewers said they didn't fit right, but for me, they were perfect. I wear 7 WW, which is what I ordered, and they fit great. Very comfortable, just like all my other SoftWalks!

Thong material very tough on my toes

While I loved these shoes, they were way to tight across the ankle area and I had to return them. There wasn’t enough Velcro to adjust to the correct fit. Would have loved to keep them.

This shoe was marked as wide, it is not a true wide width.

Let me be perfectly honest with you. These shoes are so cute! ? But here are a few things that make me have to return them. First I normally wear an 11W. In this shoe I ordered the 12WW but let’s talk about the fit and how it differed. I knew the shoe was going to be slightly too long but not clownishly long so I ordered up. I thought they might have some extra room in the width but I could control that with the Velcro on the strap. Here is what happened in real life. The shoe was not too long but the arch support was not in the right place. Also there was barely enough room for my foot to slide into the shoe because the strap on the higher part of the shoe hit my ankle and would not allow my foot all the way into the shoe. Whether these problems were in the way I was built or the way the shoe was built is hard to pinpoint. I’d say if you tend to have a high arch on top of your foot maybe skip these. If you have a regular foot then these are going to be great. They look cute and are way softer than the other brand everyone wears. I’ve had lots of success with SoftWalk and I love the brand — these shoes just didn’t make the cut for me. . . and I’m really sad about it. ?

I have a wide foot with high arches and these are so comfortable. I normally can't fit a thong sandal, so I am thrilled!

These are incredibly comfortable sandals. I like having the adjustable straps and the red color is exactly what I wanted.

Comfortable dressed up flip flop

I liked them and I think they may have been a good choice but they squeak when walking in them and I didn’t want to take a chance that would resolve itself if I kept them so they are being returned

Regretfully not wide enough

Cute shoe. For some reason with these shoes my heel lands way off the edge so unfortunately I need to return them.

if they were not too narrow they would have been great. I was able to order them in WW from Amazon when you did not have them and I realize that Zappo is now owned by Amazon. Again, I am only a C width, but I notice that since shoes have moved to Asia to be made wide is not wide any more.

The WW was wider than expected. The between insert felt like it may rub on my foot. My hope with exchange it works.

Well, this brand of shoe is normally so soft and comfortable. This particular shoe is very stiff and extremely uncomfortable. I felt that when I first put it on, but unfortunately, I wore them anyway just to make certain. I would love to send them back, but I am guessing it’s too late since I’ve worn them. Let me know.

I have high-ish arches - this provided no support and I had to return them or I would have been miserable. Went with a Clarks style instead with much better arch support.

They are very attractive and I so wanted them to fit, but ankle strap is too loose and my foot slides around.

The cut of the overall shoe is quite narrow for what is noted as a wide-width sandal. The width of the shoe is definitely NOT wide width.

Cute shoe, great color and style, but am returning them! These were ordered in a WW, my normal size, but certainly the upper part of the footbed is not designed for an extra wide foot. The front of the shoe was narrow and much longer than my toes, it looked and felt ridiculous. If you have an extra wide foot with long narrow toes, then you’ll love this One, but for me, it doesn’t work. True bummer, the shoe looked cute!
