Beautiful shoe, but the back rubbed my Achilles in a way I could tell would rub it raw very quickly.

These are not as nice as in the pictures. Not comfortable and half a size too small. Kind of a dull tired looking faded red. Returned.

I usually wear a 7. Both the 7M & 7W were too short. Comfort level seems fine. Dark staining on the toe & heel of the gray shoe. Not a fan of that.

I loved the design, but would need a WW width for my feet. Hoping they decide to do one!

Seemed a bit small. Also the leather already looks worn (a bit darker) at the toe and the heel.

Just a little narrow for my wide feet. If they had an EE (hint, hint!) I'd go for these.

They fit great and offered great support. They are a nice color and I will enjoy them this fall.

The heel is very stiff and will cause blisters/raw spots on the achilles for a while until they break in, but once they soften up they are great.

These were a touch big so they flop a bit and scrape the back of my heel. I probably should've returned them, but I didn't. They're really beautiful shoes though, and I like the support inside.

Love the shoes, exchanging for a larger size.

Not narrow. Slipped right offy heels

This shoe is not a true narrow width. They kept slipping off even with pads on the inside of the heel.

Love the look of the shoe. Felt too short. Not available in a half size larger, sadly

Fit was too small for me, my toes were cramped. Would have been nice to be able to go 1/2 size up, but I wear an 11, so it wasn't possible.

Lots of padding in footbed, comfortable but made squishing sound when I walked. Tab at back of shoe rubbed my heel, this is why I returned them.

The shoe was much too wide for my narrow foot, despite the fact that it was marked as an 8N, my usual size.

Based on reviews I bought a half size larger. The length of the shoe I would say was roughly 1/2 size smaller than stated so buying 1/2 size larger was a smart move. I did not find the shoe to be narrow as others have stated and my feet are definitely not narrow. The shoe is uncomfortable. The back of the shoe is very high and rubs my heel. I wish they'd had a birds eye pic of it on someone's foot on their website, because the top covers a lot of the foot which wasn't my style. I'm returning.

It's more like a 9 or a 9.5; also it's not a true red. It's more like an orange-red.

I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than I usually wear and the size was perfect, but they rub my heel. They have to go back.

Overall 1 star b/c the color was inconsistent--toe was darker and the shoes were scuffed on the heel and sides. Looked used. Returning

The shoes looked worn and the color was no where close to the website. I know colors are not true many times but these were a drastic difference. The shoes were comfortable but I was so disappointed. I have been buying from ZAPPOS for a loooong time and this is probably one of the first times I was sorely disappointed and surprised.

These looked great on line, but really failed live. First of all, the packaging was a generic box, so it was clear they had been returned previously. The shoe itself was unbelievably small. At least a full size, maybe more. The style was very frumpy and they were extremely uncomfortable.

This shoe just didn't fit my foot. It was too wide and my foot slipped around in it. Too bad, cause it would have been great if it fit me properly.

This is a brand I can’t wear.
