Love the style!! However, this boot is surprisingly uncomfortable. Cushioning, including arch support, seem like an afterthought rather than the yummy fit Clarks are renown for. The heel platform is hard as a rock...no cushioning whatsoever. Uggh!? Free Returns save the day

Those boots have very good quality. They are comfortable. However, those boots are too high for me. It is uncomfortable to walk.

I usually wear a 7 narrow - which are hard to find. I now buy lace ups - so I can adjust the it. These boots are soft, comfortable and good looking. I might put a Birkenstock arch in them.

I like these more than I thought I would. They are well made and have some cute stitching details. And the inside has a lot more padding than I was expecting. Solid purchase - I'll be wearing these a lot.

These boots are comfortable. It took only a short few hours to break them in. The leather is soft, the construction is well made. Excellent value for the price.

I get so much support when I wear these ankle boots. In addition, I haven't been able to wear any kind of "stacked" heel for many years due to injury but I took a chance on these on a whim and OMG...I can wear them okay. It will take me a bit to get used to heels again but I am so happy with them.

I like the style of these boots and the side zipper makes them easier to pull on. They are very stiff and I am wearing them around the house for a while to see if they improve.

It's a sturdy boot -- not much padding in the footbed, and the leather upper is pretty stiff and would take time to break in. If you want the ankle support and you're willing to invest the break-in time, maybe go up a size so you have room for an insert.

I have worn Clarks boots before - and they always fit. The leather WAS softer than this pair - and the medium width was very wide. I could barely tighten the laces as the shoe leather was so stiff.
