Super cute shoes! Unfortunately, they ran narrow so I'll have to return them.

Style of Trotters Laila is great. All the features I was looking for - low heal, ankle strap, across foot support and nice, modern look. Problem was poor overall craftsmanship. Appreciated the added padding in footbed, but surface is "glued" down and could tell this was not going to hold over time. For a shoe that retails for $100 not good. Appreciated the soft leather in the buckle strap and rubber sole. Difficult to return shoe given the features it did get right, but thinking buyers remorse later when it doesn't hold up.

For the price they were poorly made. Can see glue and the foot padding was lifting. Also, the strap by the ankle did not lay flat.

Comfy, stylish, and the right heel height. Wore to a summer bridal shower with a jumpsuit. Prefect shoes!!

I am returning these shoes . They don’t fit me unfortunately.

Fits TTS. Available in M or W, which is great. Has a classic look, so not too grandma and not overly trendy. Croc print could be better - doesn't look cheap but also doesn't look like expensive leather. But I loved the comfort and the neutral color and large buckle and lowish heel; so I am keeping. I also ordered the Wide in the same shoe--I could wear the med or the wide. I returned the wide because right shoe was bigger and elastic band longer, so right show in wide was too big; but the left wide-width shoe fit great. Wide were a little bit more comfy than medium width pn me, but no more in stock. So I am hoping the medium will stretch a little to be perfect.

So the shoe actually fit. The problem is the strap that goes around the top of the toe area wasn't wide, it was the actual buckle and ankle strap, so the shoes were ginormous on me. Every wide shoe I have ever purchased has been in the toe/top of the foot area. Never where it was. I bought a black and brown and didn't even try the brown on. Immediately sent them both back. They were so cute too. Really disappointed

shoe was too narrow as was the toe strap so I have to return it heel height was nice and shoe was well made

I received the completely wrong shoe! Not what I ordered.
