I really like these shoes, but did need to size up as they were a little short.

I work in an office where I'm up and down a lot. Luckily we are business casual. So I wanted a shoe that was cute, professional but comfortable. These check all the boxes. I love them......except.... I'm still trying to find a "no show" sock to wear with them that doesn't show. I would prefer to just wear them without, however, they make my feet sweat and are already starting to have a "smell" and I've only worn them twice. The material inside seems breathable but I guess the external material isn't cooperating. Hopefully I'll find the perfect sock.

I wear 8-1/2 narrow. The fit is perfect. They look better in person than in the photo. I love them.

Great shoe and very comfortable. Bought is for vacation and it was very versatile. I hope they make it in more colors.

Oh, this is just KILLING me to have to return these awesome shoes!! They are gorgeous & I LOVE them. They are beautifully made, sturdy, stylish, shiny silver leather, shipping was Free and at supersonic speed, incredibly packaging. For some reason, the Trotters brand, makes their size 9 shoes longer than some other shoes that are size. I am crying my eyes out, because I desperately wanted to keep these shoes. I was considering surgery to have my feet made 1/2 inch longer, but I had to slap myself to come back to reality. I searched the same shoes for a size 8.5W and none were left.

I love these shoes just a little too much...and now I can't find them in stock ANYWHERE in my size! They are the perfect blend of nice/casual - a great shoe for a day in the office when I have no upper-level meetings but I still want to look nice (I work at a university and generally dress business casual). I have plantar fasciitis and my feet always hurt so I try to invest in shoes with support, but it's difficult to find supportive + stylish shoes that don't make me took like I'm geriatric. I very reliably wear a size 8 in all shoes but sized up to an 8.5 in these when I saw a few reviews saying that the shoes ran a bit small. I kept the 8.5's and am happily wearing them but they are a little loose, I'm assuming that the 8's would have been a bit too small (I must be in-between sizes in this style - not ideal but it happens). In summary - these are the best shoes and I'm SO bummed that Trotters hasn't released more sizes and colors since they are sold out everywhere! I just ordered an 8.5 narrow in black (in the Anna style) and am crossing my fingers that they fit. Come on Trotters, release more of these shoes!!!

Fit and size as expected. I usually wear a 9.5 but it was a tad tight on my left foot, so the 10 is perfect.

I loved these shoes. They were so comfortable and I wanted to keep them, but I have a very narrow foot and the heels were not narrow enough. Even with heel cushions placed in them, my heel kept popping out of the shoe. Would had been my perfect summer shoe.

Other reviews indicated this shoe ran big- not so; actually runs a little small. Also, this pair does not look new(?). The bottom soles do not appear "clean" as well as the inside of shoe. I would've been okay with that because they are SO cute, BUT they are too small anyway; will have to return!

My fit is completely different from other reviewers. I ordered a narrow. The shoe feels a full size larger and the width falls more into a wide width. The shoes even look wide. Very disappointing and I will need to return.

Trotters used to make narrow fitting shoes but that was 10 years ago. Now they make a regular width and stuff a second insole into the shoe to take up space. That forces the foot higher and out of the shoe. I'm so disappointed with this company. Too bad because the shoe is really cute.

I did not receive these shoes. As I told Zappos in an email, I order a lot of items online, and I look everyday for orders, and this one did not show up. I have asked for help from Zappos.
