I've only worn them once and unfortunately I ended up wearing them for quite a while before they were broke in. After 2 to 3 hours they were not comfortable.

Material seems a bit too plastc

This sling back pump is very cute in the photo. Unfortunately because the toe box is pointed and small, the shoes are longer and looked huge on my feet. The back strap was very loose and my heel slipped off the shoe.

Beautiful shoes. I sized up based on other reviews and it was still too snug in the toe area. I'm past the time on my life where I'm willing to tolerate discomfort in order to have a great looking shoe. They were returned.

The shoes were smaller than expected. I always order the same size but for some reason these were very tight around my toes. The sling back was just right.

Hoping to break these in, the left shoe is very tight

It's not as comfortable as other cole Haan shoes

I have purchased many cole haan heels and these were disappointing. Not comfortable and the soles squeak loud on solid indoor surfaces. I highly recommend the Ina pump over these. Sad that I'm stuck with an uncomfortable show that so will rarely ever wear.

Beautiful shoe too narrow and tight -returned

This is my second attempt at purchasing these shoes they are too pointy. I have not worn them I tried them on and it was uncomfortable, a second time. Now I cannot get a return label even though I have requested one twice!

Gorgeous but you need a size larger

Disappointing- Thought these would end up being my go to everyday work heel. Expectations were too high maybe? Wore once and was the worst experience. Seriously wish I could get my money back.

It's not very comfortable it hurt my toes

Too tight in the tied. No adjustable strap,

The shoe is too wide and the sling back keep slipping off my feet when I walked.

I always wear a size 10. Sometimes 9.5. These are very uncomfortable and don't feel well made.

It is not true size. My size is 7 but this shoes run small.
