Cole Haan ballet flats are my go-to ballet flats. They are always comfortable have little to no break-in period, have some cushioning and are a good quality that hold up well when I wear them a lot.

I love these flats because they actually have room for my toes! Typically I can't wear a ballet style flat. I went up half a size and put in a merino wool insole to add a little extra padding so I could use them for walking around on vacation.
