Comfortable but didn't look as nice in person as it did online. The black stiching makes it look cheap and the strap across the toe isn't fixed in place so it moves as you walk.

The right shoe fit differently than the left. It was very shallow in the heel.I wear CH flats all of the time & was sorry to see that this one wasn't quite right for me.

They're ok. In the past I'd come to expect real cushioning in Cole Haan shoes. These are light weight flats, and I can feel every crack in the sidewalk through the soles.

I really wanted to like this but the color and the material looks cheap. I bought a version of this years ago and the quality was much better, also the bow was bigger and looked cuter than this one. Also, it gave me blisters on the back of my heel. Unfortunately I can't return because I already wore it..

I could not wear these shoes for more than 20 minutes, in my house. It felt like I was walking on
cement with no cushioning. And they felt tight on my feet. If they weren't so uncushioned I
would have tried a wider pair or a half size larger. So sad these did not work out.
I really need a new pair of black shoes, but these are not the ones.

They're ok. I think my feet are too narrow and so they leave a weird gap at the top that just looks odd.

The shoes are both marked as a size eight, but one shoe is clearly an entire size larger than the other. Quality control missed this one! (And I have a pair of these in a size eight and wanted an additional pair - and the ones I’m wearing now both fit perfectly.)

I received the wrong shoe and it was in the wrong size! Nothing remotely close to what I ordered. The only correct thing was it was Cole Haan.

These are not black & white. They are not even back & cream or ivory. Rather, they look yellow, like they've been sitting in a smoker's house for years and picked up a disgusting yellow tinge. I immediately sent them back.

I loved Cole Haan shoes for its quality and style. However, I may have to change my view this time. The bow on the right shoe was broken from one end connecting to the bottom after one day wearing. I had to send email and call Cole Haan to return it. The return was received last Wednesday by Cole Haan. However the refund has not be back yet, though it is said it takes 2-3 business day. I hope I don't have to make another call to get the refund.
