Comfortable and trendy looking boot. Looks good with skinny jeans, a mid length skirt or dress. True to size.

Beauty boots, but not the most confortable from them

Like this boot but it's not as comfortable for me as other reviews said. I bought a Dr Scholl memory foam insole and it's better. I like the style and versatility

They look classy/stylish and are of good quality. However, they run narrow. My feet is narrow and I feel they are tight. Wish the cushioning was better. Also I feel like they run at least half size small.

I agree with the previous reviewer that the ankle on this is tight. I struggle to get it on with my higher arch, even with a zipper. It doesn't cause me discomfort to wear. But so far, I have not been able to tuck in pants, and have instead worn them over. It worked with those looks, might not with Jean's or leggings

The shoes are too narrow. I initially ought both pairs and only sized up 0.5 to a bigger size. I had to return and then both were not available and I sized up 1 whole size. Very disappointing and time consuming. Still narrow but I can wear for a short time.

It's a beautiful boot, but the ankles are so tight! I tried 3 sizes, but all were too tight to comfortably wear. I don't have very thick ankles, either.

Although the overall look is nice, the boots are incredibly narrow at the top making it impossible to tuck jeans or pants into. It also made the boots uncomfortable to walk in due to the stiffness so high up. Had to return sadly.

Poor quality leather. If you have a high arch you will never be able to get these stiff uppers on.

Very Narrow. Customer Service was amazing they took them back. Could not even put my foot into them. First time this ever happened when ordering a boots.

The color and quality are terrible and very disappointing considering this is Cole Haan. The heel looks like it is about to pop off. It is not the color I ordered. Very disappointing, I will be returning these as soon as I return from business travel
