Good looking boots but the sizing was off by a lot. One foot fit fine the other was at least a half size smaller. Cole Haan was gracious to accept the return but now im scared to by any product from them on line.

Not comfortable for this price

I am usually a size 6.5. Based on another review of these shoes running too large, I ordered a size 6. They are huge and my daughter who wears a 7.5 can wear them. Since they are non-refundable, this is a big issue. The shoe itself is nice so it's too bad that the sizing was done incorrectly.

This is a new version of the Greenwich Chelsea and I was underwhelmed. Size ran smaller than last pair I had and now I can't return them because they were on sale. The quality is not the same either. I'm very disappointed.

It's too narrow and hurting my toes

Color of the boot is not as nice as in the photoin the photo they look a nice, rich brown leather. Actual color is plastic looking. They do fit narrow, not too uncomfortable but are very stiff.

I love the look but I just got them and took them for a 15 minute stroll around the block to break them in and my heels hurt from the rock-hard insole pressure. The insole lacks cushion and feels like wood directly under the heel. There isn't any cushion whatsoever in the boots I received. I originally planned to wear these on a trip to New York but I might have to get different boots or separate insoles. I'm unsure on what to do next. Even after removing them from my feet, my heels still hurt 30 minutes later. Massaging my feet isn't helping. This pain is new to me, I've never had this problem with a pair of boots in my life.

I have average width feet, on the wider side but not enough to purchase the wide size, and these were very narrow and unforgiving.

SIZING TOO BIG. One reason I buy cole's is because the sizing is spot on. What happened? Returning two of three pairs.

I recently purchased the Women's Greenwich Waterproof Chelsea Bootie from Hudson Bay Metrotown, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the seemingly stylish design, the booties proved to be uncomfortable and poorly constructed. From the moment I put them on, I encountered significant foot pain due to the lack of proper arch support and cushioning. Even after attempting to break them in, the discomfort persisted, making it impossible to wear them for more than a few minutes. Considering the reputation of Hudson Bay and the price point of these boots, I expected a much higher level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, this purchase fell far short of my expectations. Overall, I would not recommend the Women's Greenwich Waterproof Chelsea Bootie to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive footwear option. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more reliable brand.

Bad quality, the item doesn't look like in picture

Loved these when I bought them. Two months in and the sole is peeling off! I want my money back. See photos. Totally insane how much I paid for these for them to break within 2 months.

These boots look very cute, however they are extremely narrow at the toes. I tried "breaking them in" which ended up causing a stress fracture on my left foot. I usually wear normal width but if your feet aren't extremely narrow, do not order these. They're too expensive and once you wear them, you can't return them.

Not comfortable. Left boot fits loose. The right one pinches. Should have read the online review on this boots from other retailers.

Cole Haan women's boots are not made like they used to be. THE FIT IS HORRIBLE! Something has changed for the worst. I used to love this brand; I now hate this brand. They should have stuck with the quality shoes they USED to make. Never another purchase frome me. I AM DONE WITH COLE HAAN.

They ran very big compared to all of the other Cole haan shoes I own. The color was not what I expected

I ordered these boots on December 26 20022 , today is January 10 2023 and I still didn't get them. So my experience with Cole Haan is terrible. Never again I will shop there.

Poor quality, very cheaply made material. Sad representation of cole haan.
