The Naturalizer Kristen shoe was far more comfortable than I expected from a dress shoe.

I liked these shoes. The open sides give them a edge up on other black flats out there as far as style goes, but the open sides also gave me less support. They were my 2nd pick out of 4 pairs of black flats that I had ordered. But I only need one pair of black flats.

Length is TTS but the shoe is narrower than I would have though. This seems to be a trend with Naturalizer shoes in general for me. I love the style - they're great for work and I get lots of compliments. The overlapping leather on the toes helps to camouflage any creases that would otherwise occur from normal wear and gives my high instep plenty of space.

I am usually a 9 in most shoes, but with the Kristin I think a 9 is too big. It was loose in the heel but the toe box felt comfortable. The leather was good and as expected with a new pair of shoes, and there was a little more cushion than I expected which was nice. Returning for a pair of 8.5's and hopefully they will fit just a bit better!

Bought these for work and they are a great addition to my work wear. Look great and comfortable. I bought my usual size of 8W and they were too big in the length, but the width was fine. I think there are other reviews also sharing that they are a little bigger than expected and I should have gone down a half size. I ended up keeping them and added heel cushions to help them from slipping of my feet. Hopefully, they won't stretch too much over time.

So far so good. I am just concerned about the wear and tear of this shoe. I spent over $100 on the Samantha flat recently and within 3 months the heal wore down to nothing and had to throw them away. I am only 115 lbs too and do not have an ackward walk so it was just the horrible craftsman ship of the shoe. I also read complaints from other customers. None about this particular shoe so hopefully $120 doesn't go down the drain because although the shoe doesn't have much support it is a very nice looking show. Hopefully naturalizer upped their quality on this one.

These run at least a half size too small. At least for the 8.5 size

Absolutely GORGEOUS! -- but because of the elegant open-arch style with pointed toe, most probably unstable for dancing.

For low-cost flats, these were pretty good. Faux leather material felt like it would give me blisters on the sides of my toe box and at the back of my heel - couldn't keep them for that reason.

Great work flat. Pointy toe is a bit long though, and puts a little pressure on big toe joint. I don't have bunions, but those who do should avoid this shoe. Size 4 fits true to size.

The size was fine. The major problem with these shoes is there is a small gap on both shoes on the arch side toward the lower front. Very noticeable.

I really wanted to LOVE these shoes because they fit pretty good but because the heal allows some slip & movement there is a noise everytime I take a step - I just couldn't get over the noise these made every time I take a step. Super bummed because they are really cute and exactly what I was looking for. If you think farts are funny this might be the shoe for you. LOL. Maybe my feet are just too dry or maybe they are just too stiff - sadly I must return them.

Material, cut and style were cute and looked high quality and the soles were very comfortable but has a very high back that dug into my skin horribly, I am very petite so on a regular height individual this probably wouldn't be a problem.
