I have had these trainers before so it's my second pair.

These shoes are very comfortable and very high-quality. Whatever your regular size is, just choose that. For example, my size is 8.5 in most other brands, but here it shows as 8.5 don't let that confuse you. Just pick the size that matches your foot length. My foot is 25 cm, so I chose size 39 (8.5 here), and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable and looks great. I don't know about long-term durability yet, but for now, they are excellent.
