Living in the mtn of PA, out winters can be extremely cold. I typically wear these on runs when it's cold, below 30. The fit is precise and the comfort can't be beat.

I was suffering winter running even wear super think alpaca socks I could barely fit into my sneakers. I had little hope for these thin socks but they surprised the heck out of me! Warmer than the alpaca soks I have, fit in my running shoes AND my mountain bike shoes so I can commute anyway I please during the winter and not suffer from bloodless toes at the end!
