Not too thick for everyday shoes. I love these socks.

So far these are great! Just know that they are not standard sizes. I wear a women's 9 shoe, & the "universal large" fit my thin feet well.

These are by far my favorite winter socks! They are so comfortable, wash well and last for years. I've bought each of my daughters a pair every Christmas for a few years. They also love them!

I really enjoyed these socks for a two-month trip to Alaska in December and January! They were very warm, held up well with LOTS of use, and never became itchy/scratchy.

Very warm, just a little bulk to fill your boot, very soft, and wears well.

Beautiful socks. Not as tight fitting as the usual, so hopefully they don't start falling down. Happy with them overall.

Everyday. Great socks except I wear a size shoe 8 and the socks are small by about an inch in the foot bed.

They have snowfales but my feet are mosty toasty in real snowflake weather.

Love them! They are priced lower elsewhere, but I had a credit to utilize.

I'm only giving four stars because the socks shrunk in the wash and I don't wear them anymore. I've never had this happen. It's disappointing.

Why oh why Smartwool will you not make these in gray again? I have been a loyal Smartwool customer for nearly 2 decades and own no less than 2 dozen Smartwool socks of different kinds, but the 10 I have of these Snowflake Crew Socks are my favorite because they don't squeeze my shins/ankles and leave imprints like other styles. These are more relaxed and comfortable, and maybe a little warmer because of that. I have a size 8.5-9 foot (depending on the type of shoe) and I learned early that I need these in size Large to allow for shrinkage in the wash. (I air dry them - no dryer - but I still find the extra length more comfortable.) All that said, 6-8 years down the road they do eventually wear thin, especially on the heel. I would happily send them in to Second Cut but you need to make them in gray again before I can do that. Please.

Probably too thick to wear with everyday shoes. Use these if your shoes are too big. Nice pattern.

Got these in red - love the pattern. But these are not "full cushion" socks - there is no full-cushion. There actually is less cushion than the "light cushion" ones I also bought. Also, the sizing seems odd as these are about a half-inch shorter in food length than other Mediums of Smart Wool socks I own.

These are great for everyday, around the house activities. They are soft and warm. I'm not a sock wearer around the house, but I do enjoy these.
