I'm very sensitive to clothing that hugs to my skin. I get an eczema breakout from socks that are tight or thick. Smartwool socks are the perfect weight and fit thin but warm, never give me an itchy ankle ridge!

I use these as everyday socks. I like the unlined socks so they fit in all my shoes. I order size large even though my shoe size is 8 1/2 or 9 because I don't like them feeling too tight. I have had these socks before and they hold up very well. Otherwise I would never spend this much money on a pair of socks.

Once I started wearing your merino wool socks, I don't want to wear any other kind! These are the thinner ones, so they fit in my more snug shoes & boots, yet still provide great comfort. They are beautiful, too.

Love the light cushion bottom. I ordered a size medium and wear at 6 1/2 shoe size and the socks fit perfectly.
