I have been buying smart wool socks for around 20 years. I started with black socks for work with suits and sport jacket and eventually moved into hiking and hunting; which I wear daily now that I am retired. Quality is top shelf and comfort can't be beat. I don't understand except when wearing very short socks with sneakers or loafers anyone would wear cotton instead of wool blends.

I use these socks for hunting and hiking. They are excellent for mid-season, they can keep my feet dry and warm, and are incredibly comfortable. The design of the socks is fantastic, you can fold the ankle cuff down to reveal an American Flag!!

Socks are perfect for hunting and when you have to be outside all day.

I bought for my son who lives in NYC and walks everything no matter the temperature. I have been buying Smartwool socks for my family for so long now I have lost track of how many pairs I have purchased over the years. I have a big bag of the hair tie bands to prove it! It's a Christmas MUST and if I ever didn't buy them for each family member, they would be so disappointed. No one has NEVER EVER not loved their Smartwools!

The tall crew socks are perfect for everyday warmth in the Winter months here in NY. These were a gift for my neighbor who walks everywhere and told me he was wearing three pairs of cotton socks to stay warm. Homerun!! He loves them and so do I. Thank you Smart Wool and have a lovely holiday.

I bought these for my husband who absolutely destroys socks. Every day, one of the first things he will say is, "My feet stayed warm all day!" which NEVER happened before these socks. Despite him having an extremely physical job (read: 12 hours of heavy labor four days a week), the socks still look brand new. Highly recommend.

I love my new hiking socks. I wear them daily for ice fishing as a base layer. They keep my feet warm, dry and odor free.

My son really loves these light crew socks. The nature of his work entails being in boots so anything that provides warmth AND cushion is a winner.
