I bought these to wear when mowing. My former socks were knee high and very snug. I have an outdoor shower for cleaning off after working outside. It was difficult to remove tight sweaty knee high socks at the end of the day. The Smartwool crew socks are an ideal solution. They're very soft. Stay up. And the crew height provides a little ventilation. They're also easy to remove.
