We had an unusually cold winter & my feet were freezing with my cotton socks. I added these Smartwool socks to the line up & haven't regretted it once.

These are my favorite socks for winter! Cute and perfect cushion/warmth for walking in dogs in sneakers and boots!

I wear the socks daily and love them. I would absolutely recommend these socks.

These are great everyday wool socks that are a little bit thicker than some of your other offerings... great for a little extra comfort and warmth in the winter. I also like the nice color combinations you offer on your products in general.

Great fit & wear

Comfortable and prevent my feet from sweating. Best socks available.

Great pair of socks that I use for walking, work and all activities. I wish Smart Wool website had a "recently purchased" tab. I find some great socks and then come back to website and not sure if I am looking at the same type of socks.

I love having these socks with the cushion and happy I can get them in black. They wash well and hold up well and keep my feet warm. I would rather get bigger winter shoes to accommodate my Smart Wool socks than go back to regular socks.

Super cute, comfy medium weight material, keep toes so warm, unisex sizing so I can wash and dry these and they are the perfect female size 10 shoe fit.

I have many pairs of Smartwool socks in my rotation: no shows for summer, ankle highs for hiking, and a drawer full of taller winter socks. Some I have had for several years since I gave up on cotton socks. This particular pair is about a year old and this is the first pair that I have actually worn through. That is only with winter use and maybe once per week, so tops ~20 times worn. They just aren't made as well as all of the others. I have this same design in two other colors as well and unfortunately they are also wearing thin already.

I want to like these but the jury is out as they are pilling after the first wash. However, they are thick and soft and look like they will be comfortable. Just worried about durability.

I live in Smartwool socks and we gift them to everyone in my family every Christmas. I was disappointed with the quality of this pair. Not sure if it's the knit or what, but after wearing for only a couple hours, brand new out of the package, on carpeted floors, a hole wore through the top of black toe area on one of the socks. Super surprising because we have dozens of pairs we've worn and washed for 5+ years, including much thinner styles that still look and feel the same as they did when we got them. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing because we've never had any issues with any Smartwool socks, but I see how that this style seems to have quality issues and wears through the bottom quickly as well. Bummer.

Very disappointed in the durability of the Larimer Crew Socks. The look and feel of them is great, but the heel was threadbare after very little usage! (see pic) I live in hot and humid Dallas TX, where I typically don't even wear socks for half the year; when I did wear them it was usually in the winter, inside the house, with my slippers. It's not like I was climbing Fourteeners in them! I can see from the other reviews that this is not an isolated incident. Definitely not what I expected from Smartwool, especially given the premium one pays for their products.

I received a pair of Burts Bees baby socks inside the smartwool packaging. Very disappointing.

Have bought Smartwool for 20+ years. Never had smartwool socks that catch threads and come undone from putting on/off. All my other smartwool socks from previous years are intact and soft. These pairs are constantly catching and pulling from 3 days use. ALSO, these are not at all safe around fires. This poly blend will quickly catch fire and if it does it will burn to your skin causing serious damage. SW should address these two significant quality issues, or stop making socks. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Wore a hole in the bottom after a little more than 2 years and not covered by warranty. At this price point, the warranty should cover this. There are other brands with lifetime warranty on socks. Smartwool has no right to charge so much for a product with such poor durability. I notice now that I am by no means alone in reporting this problem
