I would recommend these shoes for anyone. I haven't used them for heavy running but they are comfortable and work well for mine needs as college athlete.

Really light & super spongy under foot, I have only used them for walking at the moment, but they seem well made & should last me a good length of time.

using these shoes for many months now, even washed it a couple of times, they come out looking brand new everytime!!

I was not sure about these at first, however having worn them a few times they are extremely comfy and a true to size fit. The sole is spongy and it feels like you are not really wearing any trainers.
