Poor fit, would easily go flying off. Bring back the bootie.

I really hated to return these shoes - I loved the style so much, but the heel was too loose. They wouldn't stay on my feet. I tried a size smaller, but that didn't work either. So sad.

The leather was soft and I love Born booties. But I don't know if it was the higher heel but It felt like my big toe was coming through the shoe. I returned these because they were just not comfortable!

I tried hard to love the look and feel of these shoes but, in the end, back they go. The distressed leather is truly distressed and are more like a stiff suede. I was hoping for something with at least a little shine. The fit was horribly stiff and just did not feel good to walk in. Again, super looking shoes for jeans and slacks but not exactly what I was hoping for.

Very comfortable with a timeless style. Sole and heel are lightweight but really durable; overall very well made and great looking!

I bought a black pair from another retailer about a year and a half ago. I love them so much that I have been searching for another pair to buy. Luckily!! Zappos still had a pair in different color which I also love. Overall, these are super comfortable and fashionable.

I love the look and feel of these boots with any of my flare jeans. More colors please.

Beautiful shoe and if it were autumn, I would have kept it!

Ordered my normal size 8 and as other reviewers stated heel slipped. Ordered 7.5 and perfect fit. Immediately comfortable with no need to break in. Love the look and cushioned foot bed. So much so I ordered other color. Zappos is the best!

These mules are the absolute most comfortable best fitting Ive ever in my life had. I had a pair of Frye mules that were similar but weighed about twice as much & just weren’t comfortable. If these are the correct size for your fit, they fit your feet & absolutely do-not fly off as another reviewer mentioned. They have a toe bar & support than feel wonderfully delicious! I own 3 colors, thats how much I love them!

The fit was a little too wide for me.

Love the look, the footbed is cushy, but this particular style feels like it's just not going to stay on my foot~ I feel like Im going to walk right out of them~ back they go.

Runs larger than my Born boots of the same size. Too large. Will be returning.
