The calf was soo large. So frustrating to have big feet and only have crazy big calf sizes. Cute shoes but the design doesn’t make sense

Comically large! I am usually an 11 wide, sometimes an 11.5 wide depending on the shoe. I bought the former in this style, and it feels like a size 12 or 13! I’ve never had a shoe size be so drastically off. Calf is ok, a little baggy on the ankle. Not the best looking shoe, but not the worst. Unless I got a fluke, I recommend sizing at least one size down.

It felt like the heel area had a flaw just below the ankle and was very uncomfortable. Could be just this one pair but for the price, was expecting a better quality boot.

I could not get these to zip up and now realize that the width of the top of the shaft is actually not as important as the width in the middle - where my calf is largest. oh well.

Too small calves

Ended up being way taller on the calf than the picture looks. The materials felt cheap and more like plastic than leather. Not worth the price in my opinion and not what I was looking for

I ordered a pair of these in size 11M. I could barely get my feet in them. When I compared them to all my other size 11 shoes, these were at least an inch shorter! So sad as they are very good-looking boots.

bought 8.5 instead of 8 and still too narrow. Nice looking boot. But, like all the other boots I've ordered from Zappos, they are too narrow and there's no allowance for orthotic insert. this was a normal width boot. I wish womens shoe manufacturers would set standards for their lasts. A last is a mechanical form shaped like a human foot. Also Zappos should make sure the manufacturers/brands include in their descriptions whether boots/shoes can fit ortho inserts. Also they need to increase the size of the boot over the calf commensurate with the increase in the width of the boot/shoe. We shouldn't just be stuck with the ugly shoes like Dr. Comfort.

Says it would fit a 16" calf, my calves are exactly 16" in skinny jeans and I could not get the boots even close to being zipped up. Liked the look of them but had to return.
