I wear a 6ww and have a high arch. I purchased these boots with the hope that I could zip them up over my arch. Surprise, the boots fit, accommodate my high arch and I can wriggle my toes. I have arthritic feet and I can comfortably walk with these. I am seriously impressed and will be buying more boots. Zappos delivery was great.

Got the extra wide for 16” calves. Says it should fit 16”. It does not.

These boots are very comfortable. Did not rate as a 5 for style because the ankles of these boots are quite baggy. Wide width worked perfectly for my feet. These are not going to be the sexiest boots but they are still stylish and great for everyday.

The fit is true to size I have a wider foot so I ordered the C width. Very stylish and comfortable Would highly recommend

The fit is very good. I ordered 8 1/2 WW and they fit very well, the only thing is the top of the boots are big. Just because you have a wide foot doesn’t mean your calf is bigger.

Not wide calf

The description states the calf is 16 inches….it is not, it is about 14.5 inches. I could not zip?. I would have loved them.

I would have loved to give these boots 5 stars but I unfortunately have to return them. They are super comfortable in the width (I’m a double wide). In fact, the first boots I’ve been able to find that fit properly in the foot portion. Alas, they are not wide enough in the calf, I can only get them zipped halfway. Truly bummed. Will continue the search.

The boot is a good simple design, but the width at the top is way too big! I could fit 4 fingers in the gap, and I have medium size calves. Too bad. Thought I had found the boots I have been looking for for a long time.

I liked the shorter length of this boot and the calf width was right but the foot was a little clunky looking. Also the whole thing felt like it was sliding up and down as I walked. This could get irritating and/or shred a pair of tights after a while.

These were wider than I expected, and I am a straight 11W size shoe. I could have shoved my gigantic custom orthotic in these and still had room (and my orthotics and feet are both wide, with bunions on both feet). Despite this, they might have worked. The reason I am returning them is because the top is also so wide that they sat baggy around my wider calves like pirate boots, and as I walked they started to sag.

ordered 8.5 instead of 8 and still too narrow. Nice looking boot. But, like all the other boots I've ordered from Zappos, they are too narrow and there's no allowance for orthotic insert. this was a normal width boot. I wish womens shoe manufacturers would set standards for their lasts. A last is a mechanical form shaped like a human foot. Also Zappos should make sure the manufacturers/brands include in their descriptions whether boots/shoes can fit ortho inserts. Also they need to increase the size of the boot over the calf commensurate with the increase in the width of the boot/shoe. We shouldn't just be stuck with the ugly shoes like Dr. Comfort.

These are great boots. The foot and calf fit perfectly, although there is some slight bunching at the ankle. But they look great, the heel is a good height, and they are comfortable on my wide feet (with bunions no less).

These are very pretty boots, and they fit! I have very wide feet but need only slightly larger calves than regular boots. Most boots with a wide footbed also have very wide shafts. These boots are great -- they fit my wide feet, and also my legs. There's stretch in there so someone with wider legs could wear them too. They are elegant enough for me to wear with dresses to events. The ankles do bunch out a bit but not so much that it's distracting.

I wear a size 9 , I order. Size 9.5 , it was too small my toe was at the very tip of the boot. No room at the tip of the boot .In all I love the the boot.

I really like the looks, but one makes a noise when I walk. I’m hoping this will go away as I wear them more because I’ve only worn them once.

These boots arrived without a shoebox, just in a plastic bag. Despite having a 16” circumference in the description, I could not zip them. The boots were also very shiny and looked very cheap, even though they were not. Returned them.

The foot part of this boot was perfect. The sole seemed sturdy. But, the top was way too big for my calves. You must have very big calves for this book to not look awkward.

These boots fit well but unfortunately the heel of the boot has completely disconnected from the sole of the shoe within 4 months of owning the shoes. Zappos of course will not honor a return of worn shoes - so buyer beware that these are poor quality and you won't get a refund or any recourse.

Quite honestly, the leather looked cheap and I didn't even try them on. Opened the box and closed it right up.

The fit was good but it was too wide at the top of the boot so I returned them.

Great shoe, very comfortable to wear but the calf was a bit too tight for me. I need an 18" shaft circumference.

The calf was too large for my leg.

The calf was bigger than I like, maybe because I ordered a wide. The ankle is a little baggy.

The boot is very nice, looks dressy without a high heel. But the calf is not wide enough. Sadly I have to return.
