Lovely boot and VERY comfortable! I ordered 4 pairs to try -- this was the clear winner. Waterproof but stylish and sleek enough for work.

I ordered a 10WW, so that I could wear a thicker sock. I have some shoes in W and some WW depending on what I am doing and what socks I want to wear. While marked a WW, I doubt if these are even a medium width. Someone else had returned them: the insole had been removed and was curled up like they just stuck it back in. Couldn't even zip boot closed!! Don't buy unless you wear a narrow and only wear hose.

Love these, just wish the fur trim didn't look so cheap (it has not worn well). But these are truely waterproof and fit well. I am happy with these in rain, wind and lots of snow.

I ordered size 10W based on reviews. My toes nearly touch the front of the boot without socks on. Plus I would not describe these as wide. So warm socks would not be an option, based on the fit.

One boot was a great fit but the other seemed like it belonged to a different pair. I double checked the size because the fit was so different, location of the arch support, width - just off. I recognize that my feet aren't identical but this felt like 2 shoes from two different pairs that had been mismatched.

I had to return these because they would not zip above the ankle. I ordered extra wide so the foot was fine. my legs are pretty big but other boots i have fit fine to zip up. My feeling is the extra wide should apply to the whole boot. A shame because they were very nice boots.

Good fit for wide feet, only issue is on one of the booties, the top of the zipper rubs against my skin - have to wear a bandaid, or tall socks. Otherwise, very comfortable and great for walking around the city.

I purchased these in different sizes and this is the one that felt the best. I always get boots a little larger so I can wear a thicker sock if I want to. They are super cuter and so comfie!! Great purchase.

The boots are very well made and are very nice looking. The problem fir me was that there is a seam across the top, which irritated my foot when I walked in them.

I would have totally kept the boots! They fit pretty well & looked like they were well made. Unfortunately one of the zippers wasn't working too well right at the curve, just fresh out of the box.

I really wanted to like this boot but the floor of sole under metatarsal was not even and flat. Also zippers seemed flimsy.

They are beautiful, but just too hard to get on & too tight.

Ok. Tight on my ankle

I ordered size W which was really equivalent to M. I had tried the boot in size 7W and the left and right felt very different - as if from 2 different pairs of boots. Ordered the 7.5W and it is clearly not a W.

I ordered a 9.5 WW and it was not wide enough for me.

I wear an 8.5 medium. An 8 wide may have worked better for me but hard to be sure since the size isn't shown anywhere on the boot itself to know what was sent. There was no packing slip included either. Actually, I've divested from Amazon and now that I know they deliver for Zappos, I won't be ordering again.

My wife has very narrow feet that are difficult to fit.
