I purchased M width which is regular width but these were extremely wide. My feet were floating in them and there is no way to cinch it up either as the laces are fixed. I am returning them to try a narrow instead. They are cute and seem like they would be really comfortable if they fit properly.

These look nice but they are ill fitting The tie is fixed so you are not able to cinch them up. I first purchased the M width and then tried the N because they are just so wide. While the narrow is a bit less wide they just fit strangely and are loose in the ankles and so just slip off. I would not purchase these again. They need to work on fitting it to the foot properly.

Honestly I do not understand the sizing. I purchased one pair (8 1/2 narrow) of Easy Spirit Earthen walking shoes several months ago. That pair fit like a glove. Since then I have ordered 5-7 pairs of the same shoe, same size, and my foot is swimming in them. I’ve never run into an issue like this . . . ever.

Very comfortable from beginning.

I exchanged the 8.5's for these, and they're still too large, but I don't want to return again. I have always worn an 8.5 WW in Easy Spirit (I think I had one 8 WW), and they fit perfectly. Now, they fall off my feet, which haven't shrunk, believe me. I wish Easy Spirit would stay the same, or let us know what size we need to order now. Otherwise, I really like these shoes, which is why I'm keeping them. Socks will help.

Easy Spirit has apparently started making their shoes larger. This is my usual size and they won't stay on. Exchanging.

Easy Spirit are the only shoes that are comfortable and fit right. Even though these were a different style, they looked like the ones I have. These were PERFECT!

Love the Earthen and the Earthen 10. Great dog walking shoe. Wish there were more colors.

I guess the mistake was mine. I always order W, and wear shoes around the house till I am sure they are comfortable. But I have bought Easy Spirit for MANY years, so when they came, I tried them on, they seemed fine, so, I wore them outside. But after 2 days I then noticed they seemed a bit tight. I finally found the size sticker on the bottom and it said M--I was sure it was a mistake, but checked my account and it shows M. I guess I wasn't paying attention that I didn't click on W. But now I can't exchange them. I can wear them, but they are a bit tight. I assume they are true to size, if I wanted M.

I'm really sad that these we only available in N, D or E - had they been in M, I would probably have chosen these - I wanted more memory foam type insole, which these have

This 2d pair was still a little big. I should try an 8WW, altho 8's are usually too tight, this shoe seems made naturally wide. I would like to return this pair and reorder- again. Can you send me return information?

I just had my feet measured. I am a 5 1/2 in one shoe and 5 in another, so I ordered the 5 1/2. Even on the foot that is 5 1/2 the shoes are way too big unfortunately. If you could adjust the front ties to make it narrower (and I have a medium width foot, and the back it would be a great shoe. Clarks made VaporMist which was a wonderful shoe that had velcro you could adjust the back of the shoe to make it smaller/ bigger to fit your foot but that style it has been discontinued even the Keen sandal is not adjustable
