Cheap feel uncomfortable not worth the money

Not what I expected from Cole Haan. Not very comfortable, cheap feel very glossy. Pass on these!

Super disappointed in the plasticy look of the UPPERS... Broguing barely shows up with the thin profile of this cheap leather. I am SO disappointed. Seems NIKE is destroying a formed great brand with fast fashion mentality.

The leather resembled vinyl in its appearance. To be honest I never tried them on. Once I opened the box, I closed it back up. I love CH but this one fell short.

The shoes at first look nice but very disappointed with the materials used. I doubt there was any top grain leather used, seemed like all fake leather or some type of bonded leather. I should have know when I saw the price.

Nice Shoes; Poor Customer Service

I ordered my usual size 13 and this feels more like a 14 - I compared it to my other size 13 shoes and it's clearly a lot larger. Otherwise it's very nice, but it's so big it's hard to wear and I wish I had returned it before wearing it out.

I've been waiting on my refund for 10 days and the website says 2-3 days

I usually love Cole Haan shoes. The last 5 shoes I bought were Cole Haan. This show looks nice and feels nice but the side of the shoe is digging into my ankle so much it cut a piece of my skin off. Maybe it's a defect on this 1 shoe. I only wore them 1 time and refuse to wear again.

The soles are to big a clunky

Sizing is completely off, order half size down

Shoe runs big and feels clumsy

I bought this model in two different colors. The beige is perfect but the blue was 1 inche bigger than beige and both are size 7. It is rare to return the shoe and tell that I need the same color and size...the persons who receive this return from sure dont understand why I return this shoes and now ask for the same one again. If you can help me with this change Id be very gratefull.
