OK, now. These shoes got me in trouble! I was looking for shoes for my wife for Christmas but just "stumbled" across these and the style screamed out to me. So I got a pair. Then I tried them on. Now I own them in three different colors! Note: I am (still) recovering from a full knee replacement two months ago. Now I will not trust my knee to walk on anything that is not great fit, great support, great flexibility and great quality. Cole Haan and this style in particular are all of those.

These things look cool as anything and fit perfectly right out of the box. The sole is springy like a running shoe. Awesome.

The leather is not the same softness of another pair in a different color.

Great shoe, lots of cushioning, moderate arch support. I'm normally a size 13 US, 47 European. That's what these are listed as but the fit is very wide.

Very comfortable all day long; I wear these for business travel and at conference events; pure comfort all day long!

I really love the look of these and they're extremely comfortable. I've received quite a few compliments on them as well. That being said, the "leather" used on the upper portions is not at all durable. I say "leather" because although soft, these shoes have a very synthetic leather feel, with excessive visible wear. I have an office job, so they don't exactly see a harsh environment often, but the scuffs and scratches all over them are very noticeable and not easily buffed out. They temporarily go away with some conditioner, but come back very quickly. As much as I love the look and comfort, I would never buy another pair unless they improved the leather quality.
