I’ve ordered several pair of ASICS prior to this & have had no problems with the size I ordered (11). With this shoe, my toes were tightly pressed against the toe area. I ended up selling them to a friend & will try to reorder

I liked the look, but there wasn’t enough arch support for me.

I like the color and look of this shoe. Still breaking them in but wish they were a bit wider.

Satisfied with the style and color. I usually buy Asics brand so I felt fairly confident these shoes would work for me. Since I have trouble with shoes fitting my arch, I added arch supports and was satisfied with the fit.

These are nice shoes; I would keep them but the other pair I bought in an alternative color began to hurt my heal. I haven't worn them and just don't want to take a chance.

Were too short.

Heal is a little short. If shoes aren’t tied tight I felt like they slipped a little in the back. Sole has good cushion. Design is cool.

My biggest issue was the lack of arch support. Also, they are also pretty ugly in person. They seemed comfortable and true to size otherwise.

These are good shoes. Generally I look for bright shoes and these are pretty nice, though the color isn't as bright in real life as I was hoping. The grips on the bottom of the shoes are not good for rainy weather-- I've found this out after wearing them for only a few days, but in terms of traction on regular surfaces they're pretty good. Also the cushioning in the soles is really nice for someone like me who feels the impact of the ground often. The shoes aren't quite as breathable as I would have hoped for but overall the shoes are great for the price and I would recommend them if someone was looking.

I wear ASICS exclusively for my gym sessions. They last a long time and look fashionable. I have to wear wide shoes which I don’t always find available.

These shoes needed a bit of breaking in; at first, I seemed to feel the edge of the insole but after wearing them a couple of different times...maybe with thicker socks...it is no longer noticeable. I typically wear a 6.5 - 7 W to WW; these shoes do not come in a WW but based on the reviews that said the toe box was roomy I took a chance w/ a 7 W. It has JUST enough room in it. There is plenty of cushioning for walking; it's not an 'ah!' moment when I put my feet in but it is certainly adequate for the price point. Good basic shoes; we'll see how they hold up.

These shoes do not have arch support. They are stylish and comfortable but if you need arch support, these probably are not for you. They also felt about a half size too small compared to how other asics shoes fit me.

They feel fine and I wear them for things like shopping trips. The insoles are glued in however and I cannot use my orthotics in them. I'm afraid to wear them for exercise.

These ran a full size smaller than my usual size and were not as comfortable as I hoped after reading reviews. Exchanged for GT 1000 and they were more comfortable for me.

This shoe felt a tad short. But it took a bit of walking with custom orthotics to really make them awesome walking shoes! I had hubby stretch the tip of the toes out a bit which is all it took to allow cushioned socks for winter warmth. I sprayed with water repellant and can do fine in the wet Oregon walks.

This is my 3rd pair of Asics, and although I like the look of these Gel Venture 7's alot (slightly more tapered toe area but still roomy, grey sole to go along with black upper) they seem to be lacking the cushioning of the other pairs. This summer I got Gel Contend 6 which have a nice cushioned footbed. The Gel Venture feels very stiff when you walk, there is no 'give' for your toes or heels to sink into. I've worn them for a few 3+ mile walks and my feet have been fine, but it would be nicer if there was a little 'spring to the steps'. Also there is not as much cushioning around the top/back of the heel as in the older Asics. I hope they are not cheapening the brand. I'd rather pay more and have all the needed elements there to make for a comfortable sneaker. The fit seems true to size and if anything a tiny roomy so you can use them in winter with thicker socks, or I suppose I could put in an insert for more cushioning. But sadly I think I might have to explore other brands besides Asics if this is a permanent change.

Size and fit seem true to size. They are comfortable but don't feel very sturdy. Have only worn them for a few walks so don't know how long they will last. I put in a new insole to help support the arches.

This is a good looking shoe.....nice colors. I use them primarily for Pickleball and the ASICS brand seems to work best as far as preventing foot problems. The Gel Venture 7 seemed a bit roomier in the toe box than others I’ve tried......too soon to tell if that’ll be a problem or not. The only issue I have had is that the big toe area wears through before the rest of the shoe on several of the ASICS I’ve tried. Hoping this one wears better.

I like the shoes but must order .5 size larger. Great with my custom orthotics!

fit fine but didn't feel like enough support for ball of foot and arch for me to use as walking shoe
