I bought these shoes a few months ago in green. Like the style, color and chain. Very nice. I have always had a medium width foot, size 7. The length was fine, but the shoes are too wide and I slip right out of them, even wearing a pair of heavy socks. I had to donate the shoes because they are unwearable. I am finding Vionics, which I have worn since inception, have become too wide (except) for the thong sandals. So I wear my old shoes with new Vionic inner soles. Suggest making narrow width of going back to the old medium sizing.

Run way to narrow for me. Need stretched. I wish i could buy at a store that stretched them. Having to pay to take them somewhere when i spent a good penny seems annoying.

These mules are very attractive and feel good upon first wearing. They hug your feet nicely and fit like a glove. However, the arch support is very aggressive and, even with a few days of breaking in, becomes uncomfortable after being on my feet after a half hour. The discomfort turned into actual pain after an hour. Unfortunately they will be going back.

I bought these because I needed a winter slip on with good support. I was a bit disappointed in the arch support but did like the cushion in the heel from the cork base. I kept them because they are so easy to slip on and they are actually quite warm for winter.

I would have given it a 5 for comfort and cuteness, but the chain detail broke after one wear

I feel these run a bit bigger than other Vionic shoes I have purchased.

Shoes are attractive, however when put on the leather top is not secured to the side of the shoe which makes them buckle out and are not attractive.

Incredibly comfortable but I sadly had to return. The plastic buckles made a lot of noise with each step. Wish there was an option to buy without the decorative buckles.

Beautiful shoe but disappointing the toe bed was just two wide. It just looked like my foot was huge .

Originally ordered the 7-Med; however, exchanged b/c the length wasn't quite long enough. When the 7 1/2 arrived, they were basically the same length, but really too wide. So, I'm disappointed. I'd return them but I've worn them once so I've wasted quite a bit of money on a pair of shoes that I cannot use.

Picture very misleading. Shoe really looks nice, however, on foot looks like a box. I returned next day!

These shoes are so cute. I have a narrow foot (especially my heel) but I love a roomy toe box and these shoes delivered! However they also have extra room in the middle of the foot, which someone with a wide foot could appreciate. Unfortunately for me, it felt like these shoes could fall off my feet at any time.

Not what I was expecting. The mules fit barefoot. I had to remove my ankle brace and then realized if I wanted to wear socks I would not be able to. I ordered the correct size...as the arch support hits where it is supposed to hit. I debated whether to return or not...but since I purchased them on sale - I decided to keep. I'm not sure if I'll wear them...will decide down the road...and if they don't work - I'll donate them to a shoe store that accepts donations. I had such high hopes that these would work for me. I loved the Vionic Flip Flops I purchased two years ago...they provided great support for my feet and I was pain free...but Flip-flops don't work in the winter on the East Coast when it's cold outside. I tried the walking shoe sneakers...and they didn't work but I thought the Mule would since there is "no back" and maybe they would be like my Birkenstocks....but I was wrong. Perhaps in a few months, I'll be able to wear them without any foot pain and without my ankle brace... It's not a good sign when you buy new & expensive shoes to find out that they hurt your feet and you can't walk after wearing them. Perhaps VIONIC is just not a good fit for me... If more local stores where I live - carried the Vionic Shoe that I would be able try them on...instead of ordering them and hoping for the best.

The shoes don't look nice on me, too boxy. They are so so as far as comfort.

These are super cute, but I had to return them because they were so wide. They just didn't fit my feet right.

Very comfortable, but not as on line. Buckle was un appealing. Will be returning!

The shoes are very sloppy and wide. I'm going to size down and hope they fit. They are cute shoes.

The quality of the materials used is not worth the price. The arch support is great, but Vionic needs to do better with the rest of the shoe.

Unfortunately, the shoes were way too big. Since they were a final sale, I was unable to return them.

Too narrow. The length is correct but the width is way too narrow.

I couldn't fit my foot into the shoe at all on the size 7 I ordered. The height of the opening was too small. I exchanged for a 7.5 and had the exact same issue. I had to return for a full refund. So disappointed, I was so excited for this pair.
