were very stiff leather..........actually looked horrible on the foot. not my cup of tea!!!! Sorry, this is the first time I have actually NOT LIKED a vionic shoe. Love all the others I have purchased, and that is many!

I absolutely love the look and feel of this shoe!! Unfortunately, the "cork wrapped sole" is a thin layer of cork tape that separates from the shoe and looks incredibly cheap. They just aren't made to last. Much like the same construction sandal I had this summer that I had to throw away.
