I'm enjoying these boots in taupe. There's a "bump" in the sole beneath the ball of the foot that feels odd when I first put them on, then after 10 minutes they feel normal and good. Still waiting to test them against rain. I hope with more wearing, the ankle will soften a bit. Glad to have boots with a not too high heel and some style.

These boots are really cute but I didn't keep them for a couple of reasons. I was hoping they'd be more of a neutral taupe, but they were more of a yellowish-tan. Vionic shoes are usually really comfortable for me, but the heel height shifted my weight onto the balls of my feet and I didn't think I'd be able to wear them long before my feet would start to bother me.

Great Boots! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is softness. Hope they soften w/wear.

The boots are super cute but almost impossible to remove. I had to get help to take them off or I would still have them on days later! I'm not sure I like the removable sole/arch support cushion, either. It makes the shoes tighter when it's not built in.

Not very comfortable. Doesn't rub my shin though like other people complained about.

Normally I can order a size 8 shoe online and it fits. Vionic's size 8 is a half size bigger. Vionic arch support is perfect for my foot so I don't have to search for inserts every morning. The quality is impeccable. Just order a half size smaller.

They weren't that comfy and the black leather was dull and not luxe looking. I'd say they run small.

Beautiful boots, but not the same comfort as boots I've owned from vionic prior. Also sizing is not the same as my old pair. I've worn them once and kind of nervous to wear again.

Shoes are lovely but don't fit well, would like to return, but you all did not respond to my request.

Had to return. The toe area is not wide even though I bought the wide size. They pinched my toes.

I love Vionic products. The Shantelle boots were a huge OUCH and a big no. I don't have wide feet but because of the pointed toe, I ordered wide. The foot area felt great. BUT- the shaft area on the front of the boot instantly rubbed an area sore on the front of my leg. I wore the boot for 5 minutes and walked the length only of my house. I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. The material is stiff with no flexibility. I returned.
