My first pair of novablasts and they did not disappoint! I went true to size in a size 7.5. I have wider feet so I was worried that they'd feel a bit more snug, but the length of the shoe, as many people mentioned, was perfect. The upper of the shoe is breathable and the tongue doesn't slide down. The laces stay tied. Right out of the box, the shoe felt light, bouncy, and soft. I'd say it took a few miles to break in the shoe, but after, every run has been enjoyable. I've used this shoe for easy runs, long runs, speed sessions, etc. I'm happy with how these shoes have performed. I've logged a little bit over 100 miles as I primarily used this shoe for my marathon training. The shoes still feel fresh and even softer than before. Highly recommend!!

I usually wear a 10 in all running shoes to account for swelling during long distances. Street sneaker is a size 9.5. The size 10 was much to long. The review on Believe in the Run says the same thing and I should have trusted them. Reordered in a 9.5 and the fit was perfect. Really bouncy on the run. A good firm cushion. Love the black color with the mult color sole.

I’d been wearing Gel Kayanos for years and developed a hip injury that plagued me for over a year. I switched to these 6 months ago and my pain disappeared almost immediately.

I am currently running 2x to 3x weekly, short- to mid-distance, and I feel like the rock star that I am training to be in these. They are the comfiest, most supportive and well-designed running shoes I've worn in a long time. When I tried them on, I was concerned they might be too stiff. In use, I've found them to be just right. Size in running shoes is always a bit of a mystery to me -- I wear a size 7 in regular shoes, and in these the 7 1/2, which is what I often wear in other running shoes, including Asics, was huge. The 7 is perfect.

These are amazingly comfortable and perfect for walking/running. My feet feel supported, cushioned, and the shoes are very lightweight.

I was looking for a different model since I've been a GT 2000 and Kayano user for ages but haven't loved the new models the past few years. After reading several reviews, decided to go for the new Novablast. They're everything the reviews and descriptions say. Cool sustainable design, incredibly light and bouncy, great for long, run, tempo, interval, speed runs. Versatile all in all. HOWEVER, I was surprised that all I read about the tongue were good things. The reality is that it is way longer than the average Asics (Kayano, GT 2000). Noticed before using them for the first time and not even the anti-chaffing lotion prevented some painful chaffing (see photo). Since unfortunately I can't return them, I guess I'll have to get creative to find a way to make the tongues shorter (cut them off a bit or sew them outwards?). Ideas are welcome!

These are useless for any fore- or mid-foot strikers, neutral pronators, running on roads. After only 30 miles, my feet were hitting too far to the inside, and the toe cushion was completely flat. I felt like I was 300 miles into the pair. I wore the original Novablast for years and, even though they did take some getting used to around the corners, they were at least designed to be run in. I just bought some New Balance.

Amazing shoes! So padded!
Had to order a half size bigger, they were narrow in the toe box in my regular size.
Lightweight and stylish.
Highly recommend !

The Novablast collection is a key component of my daily training, and I am loving the new Novablast 3 LE. This shoe feels lighter than the previous version, while still providing a comfortable and responsive feeling during every run. The aspect I love most is the fact that I can wear these for my easy runs, but they are also fantastic for faster paced sessions- such a versatile shoe ! This shoe also comes in different color ways to suit every style!

Purchased this for my wife. Loves the color way and the balanced cushion and responsiveness. Upper is less stretchy than version 2 and the fit is slightly tight. Kept the 7.5 and ordered a size 8 in different color; 8 is a more comfortable fit.

Ordering and service were excellent. Product reviews show "normal" width but fits snugly on my 11.5 size shoe--almost to the point of NOT being comfortable. Length was fine. Support, construction quality were great. Not sure if I will return.

The Asics Novablast 3's are an overall amazing shoe. Very comfortable, smooth, and produce a great ride on pavement. I got them only a week prior to running my first half marathon and they carried me the whole 13 miles. I wanted to get them sooner to practice a longer run in them, but I only had the chance to run about 10 miles total in them before the half. They performed better than expected and I will definitely be training for more races in them!

Posting this longer review because I know I always look for them when I'm shopping for a shoe, I hope it is helpful.
I switched to these after running in the Kayanos for a few years. I liked the Kayano for the cushioning but didn't need the stability. I also felt like I was wearing through them after only about 150/200 miles (I am tall and muscular, so the weight I put on shoes is a little more than the average runner) and wanted to try something with a different type of cushion that might last longer. The cushion on the Novablast is fantastic, so comfortable, and when I'm trying to push the speed a bit I can really feel it propelling me forward. They are so bouncy and make my legs last longer, I think.
I've put about 250 miles on them so far and they are barely starting to show signs of wearing out. I would expect to get another 200 out of them at this rate. I am really pleased with them and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an everyday shoe that's great for both speed work and long runs.
There are two things I'd love to see improved in the next version:
1. My feet don't always sit correctly in the shoe and I have to take a step funny to kick them back into position every once in a while, I feel like the upper could do a better job of this.
2. I love the way the response feels when I'm running faster, I can really feel it propelling me forward. It would be great to feel something like that at a slower pace.
I run about 30 miles a week, mostly 3-5 miles at a time with a longer (8-13 miles) run on the weekend.

Extremely comfortable. I love the Christian in the shoe that helps stabilize my long runs. Every 6 months with the amount of running I do. I have only been buying the shoe recently and I highly recommend it. It is very light and comfortable.
