Everything fit perfect. Very comfortable. I've run, walked, strength trained and done HIIT cardio in these and performed well. Going to order another pair now!

Great Shoe! I was wearing the GT Gel 2000 series of Asics, but the Kayano fits me much better. Large toe box!

Best. Shoes. Ever! I really trust Runners World and these were in their top 10 picks for women with wider feet. Overall here is why I love these running shoes: 1. Perfect fit for my wider feet. They nailed it! They’re wide in just the right spots and not too wide all over. 2. Helps me immensely with feeling balanced! Midsole support is excellent! 3. Great style! 4. Adjustable for those who need to bring their own orthotics. They slip right in. I have not even had to insert my orthotics yet because they are designed with nice support everywhere. 5. Price was superb!

I need a stability shoe. What worked best was an earlier version of this shoe, and older Brooks before that. Unfortunately, the heel on the Kayano 27 slipped and caused stress in my arch. The 29 slips less. Unfortunately, the sole has a slimmer profile in the toe box area. The box itself is still wide enough, but the sole more closely follows the line of the shoe. It's definitely more attractive and feels good, but I'm somewhat concerned that it will let me turn my foot. However, with my orthotic in, I don't overpronate, so I feel pretty safe in it. Without the orthotic, I still exhibited a small amount of overpronation. I use these for walking, not running, only 2-3 miles a day, on hilly, paved roads. I found out when I tried these outdoors how very worn out my previous shoes were! I was very pleased with the performance I got from these shoes. I have no "pad" under the ball of one foot, and my feet have lost their fat, so I need decent padding. I didn't feel any discomfort from lack of padding at all, and didn't have an twinges of tendonitis, either. Putting them on is going to take getting used to. The exterior is *very* elasticized, and the tongue is short and connected, which makes putting them on and taking them off challenging. A shoe horn helps. And of course they have those ridiculously long laces that you have to figure out how to tuck somewhere, but they all do, AFAIK. The elastic does make for a nice feel once they're on. I like the look of them a lot and that's a *very* nice change.

Love these shoes. I wear a narrow width and these are one of the few narrow width running shoes out there. Support is great, especially in the heel.
