I have severe overpronation in one foot which causes knee pain, hip pain, etc. I had tried Hokas, but they gave me blisters and just look too much like orthopedic shoes. These ASICS are THE BEST! No more knee pain when I walk and workout every day. They've really helped me tremendously! My only "complaint" is that the shoe laces are way too long--even double knotted, I was still walking on them. I had to buy shorter ones and replace them.

I have been using Kayano shoes for years, I love them! They have great support for my high arch.

I keep buying the gel-kayano for my running shoe! They're great! I haven't had skin splints since I started buying these and switching them out with frequency. I keep coming back for more!

The Gel Kayano 29 MK is my favorite shoe- great fit, supportive, snug and a great look. I appreciate that the laces are almost just a detail- the shoes slide right on. I bought two pairs in case this style is no longer available when I wear out the first pair.

Asics gel Kayano is one of the best shoes I've ever worn . If you have high arches, this is the shoe for you. Great arc support. If you want, you could wear all day the first day this is the shoe for you. If you want to shoe that you can work on your feet all day this is definitely the shoe for you

These shoes are comfortable, sturdy, and fit my foot so well. My only regret is they are not made in America.

My last pair of Kayano, the new look is gross. I have worn Kayano to the point I don't even try them on, I go in get my size and leave. Easiest sale ever! Until you changed the look to more like a Hoka. Can't stand it, reminds me of a Spice girl sneaker, after the 29 if they don't go back to their normal look, I'll be looking for a new shoe. So sad

I've only worn these a short time, but they're very comfortable. Also, they're stylish enough to wear with leggings, jeans, etc. Be advised that if you wear orthotics or a special arch support, they may squeak. While it's kind of funny, it could be embarrassing at times.

So comfortable and light and I love that the tongue does not move.

Bought it for my wife and she LOVES IT!!! Her feet never hurt anymore, even after long periods of walking and standing. Highly recommend!!!!!

I know what size I wear but not in ASICS. I ordered too small the first time.

These are my go to shoes for flat feet with overpronation. This is my 3 version of them. The pricepoint is the best I can find that meets my needs.

I love the extra cushion to the shoe. I have an old ankle injury that requires support and cushion. This shoe fits the bill. My orthopedist was impressed that I wear this style. He highly approves. So far the cushion is holding up over many miles!

Very pleasant heel-to-toe support and cushion. I've been wearing Kayano for 16 or 17 years now after having surgery on each ankle, and they continue to keep me safe and moving without injury.

Fits well, very comfortable. Needed new shoes to break in before my half marathon, and these are perfect!

Fit was spot on with my shoe size. Sometimes I do have to size up 1/2 a size with ASICS but, this was my size exactly. I'm an ASICS fan so I got what I expected. Great comfort with lots of cushion. Lots of room in the toe pocket. Highly recommend!
