Great shoe nice fit. I cant find 10 1/2 in a store and the size fits perfect. A lot of comfort for walking, thats why I always buy this brand

Fit good but just wish it was a little more cushiony at the bottom. Good for the price though!

I purchased this Asics shoe for walking and it fit perfectly. Walking was smooth and there was no rocking forward as there was with other Asics shoes with a higher heel. I have bought ASICS shoes for many years and have recommended them to my friends.

I bought these online and they arent nearly as comfortable and supportive as I had hoped they would be. The price was great but the comfort is not. Wish I had spent the extra money on a better pair.

They fit perfectly to size (9 wide) and are a great color. They arrived promptly. They accomodate my bunions and hammer toes.

I had light grey shoes from Asics that I liked for summer, but I wanted something black to wear in colder months. I had hoped to get some without the fabric on top, but apparently Asics doesn't make those. I found a pair of ALL BLACK gel-contend 8 to order. They have been good for me now as I have some issues with walking after spine surgery. I need to use these shoes when I need to be a bit dressy, wearing pants. I don't want shoes with flashy colors or stripes for such situations.

Very comfy athletic shoes. Look good enough to wear with any black pants.

Seems narrower in the toe box and shorter than prior GelContend shoes. Ive been wearing these since version 3 and this feels like a different shoe and nowhere nearly as comfortable as prior versions. May need to return the unworn pair for a larger size

I've only had these for 2 months, and there are tears on both shoes in multiple places. I wear these shoes all day, every day and ONLY inside my house to do daily housework, etc. I don't do anything crazy in them. I don't do running or aerobics in them. I walk around my house in them. For the price, these shoes should NOT be falling apart after 2 months!!! I always buy ASICS and for some reason they changed something as my last pair did not fall apart and lasted well over a year. Very disappointed and will not be buying these again.

I haven't bought Asics for a couple of years as I switched to a different brand. For the price that I paid plus tax I regret not going to the local outdoor store and buying another pair of Hokas. I'm disappointed on how the shoe feels on my feet. I need to get a pair of Sure Feet inserts to add some cushion. This is probably the last time I'll buy Asics. The don't compare to Hokas. Especially for every day wear.

Im recovering from a strain and this shoe helped me to increase balance and strength preventing my ankle from spraining.

I've never spent a lot of money on shoes. I'm so glad i bought these. They weren't as expensive as I thought they would be. I tried on several different pair that day, expecting to pay well over $100. I was very surprised to find the most comfortable pair were in the middle of the price range. These shoes are so very comfortable. And they look great! There aren't any wild colors or gimmicks. Just a really comfortable shoe.

runs small, I really wanted to enjoy them, as Ive had other Asics before.

They just dont hold up like the Brooks addiction. Walker cant recommend them.

I absolutely love the Contend line. It fits my foot very well and the run of the shoe is great. My orthotics fit nicely. They reduce my pronation and make me feel less pain. They make walking more comfortable and steady for me.

Feel like Im walking in a cloud! I have wide feet and its a fabulous fit!

I love these shoes! They are light enough for me to get a good workout without my legs getting too tired or feel heavy. Theyre super comfortable and forgiving.

ASICS is one of the three brands that the podiatrist recommended to me. A few months ago, I started noticing all my shoes were tight to wear. I am 63 years old. The podiatrist said that our feet could become wider as we aged. I had tried all three brands the doctor recommended and thought this one might work. I only wore this pair at home for a few times until I decided to wear them to work yesterday. Unfortunately my toes and feet( not the heels) hurt all day at work. Lastly I had worn size 6.5 until about 5 months ago and this pair is 7 wide. My question is if there is sole replacement that might help since I cant return them now. Thank you.
