These shoes fit like they were made for my feet. I like that they are lightweight.

These are seemingly my go-to casual outdoor shoes. Good for walking and comfy. Style is simple but effective.

I don't understand what is happening with shoes these days, even athletic, outdoor, and orthopedic shoes that are not cheap. Why are they all becoming so narrow by default? I usually wear a women's size 9.5 in Asics but the women's wide shoes and men's 8.5 medium were way too narrow. I ordered these in men's size 8.5 4E Extra Wide and now my toes can all mostly relax in the toe box. Also, this style actually has material overlaid and stitched on the top and sides of the shoe down to the sole that provides some stability. Most of the newer versions of activity shoes have "structure" painted on and the entire top of the shoe is one thin, nylon-like material with ZERO structure or stability. What is with the cheapness in quality and durability and the ever-increasing prices? Are people actually buying these new styles? I see people wearing them and they look ratty pretty quickly. It's also terrible for the rest of the body to have the foot just sliding around on the sole of the shoe. It will be a sad day when all shoe side and top structure goes away and they all become basically slippers!

I’ve purchased similar pairs, but these were too small by at least a half size. Will return and try a larger size. They are very comfortable!

Nice and comfortable shoe, but I’m able to see socks through the webbing at toes. Hopefully they will hold up well like my other ones.

I've tried various brands of running sneakers with some being good and some being bad. Asics have always been good for me. I've had both high and low priced sneakers. In my opinion, this $50 Asics running sneakers is far better than $100+ Under Armour that I've tried. I think the more expensive Asics are better for walking/running but these are great for every day casual shoes.

I have been wearing Asics Gel Contend made in Vietnam. They felt true to size. Now the Asics Gel Contend is made in Indonesia and feels half a size smaller. My problem is that I purchased two pairs of Asics Gel Contend (made in Indonesia) when they were on sale. So now I have two new pairs that I can't wear because they are too small.

Great shoe, comfortable, walk a lot with it

They fit well but my only complaint is that the tongue is too narrow for my foot. After tying my shoes, you can see my white sox because the tongue doesn't cover it. I have some Nike shoes with the same size and it covers my foot perfectly.
